Healthy leadership begins with a clear vision, to see the situation, seek God in prayer, and move with purpose. A leader does not carry the burden alone but shares the vision and brings others into the work. To lead like Christ is to lead by example, serve with humility, and build healthy followership, one vision, one heart, and one purpose. As we walk together, a healthy leader continues to grow, even slowly, taking one step at a time and choosing to go the extra mile.

Leadership begins with leading yourself through devotion, dedication, discipline, and applying Godโ€™s Word by continually growing and improving yourself. Then, lead others with compassion, sincerity, and a heart that guides them toward becoming more like Christ.

He is the Author and Perfecter of our faith.
