Some battles are not meant to break us.
They are meant to reveal what our faith is made of.

Last Sunday, Rev. Alberto R. Musngi brought the message “When Faith is Tested: Faithfulness that Endures", anchored in James 1:12-15 and 1 Corinthians 4:2, reminding us that the Christian life is not a sprint but a marathon.

Problems are part of life, trials are part of the journey, and every believer will go through seasons that test the heart, the mind, and the faith we declare.

But testing is never wasted in God’s hands.
What feels painful today may be the very place where God is building strength, endurance, and spiritual maturity.

Trials may be temporary, but what God produces through them carries eternal value. The fire does not destroy gold. It refines it. In the same way, tested faith reveals what is genuine and shapes believers to reflect Christ more clearly.

Do not quit.
Do not step away from God.
Do not stay in the corner when life gets hard.
Stand up, keep trusting, and keep moving forward.

Because when faith endures through testing, blessings follow, character is built, and Christ is seen in us.

At the end of it all, the greatest reward is not what God gives.
The greatest reward is God Himself.

Last Sunday’s Worship and Healing Service was made truly special as we celebrated the mothers in our church. Sis. Joselyn P. Musngi, our Church Administrator and spiritual mother, delivered a powerful message titled "Be A Good Steward: A Christian Lifestyle," based on 1 Corinthians 4:2.

Sis. Joselyn highlighted various areas of stewardship, including: caring for God’s creation, guarding our spiritual and physical lives, using our gifts and talents for His glory, honoring Him through our finances and valuing our relationships with family and others.

Tunay ngang buhay ang Diyos sa bawat pagbabahagi natin ng Kanyang pag-ibig.

Pakinggan natin ang mga patotoo ng ating mga kapatid at hayaan nating maging paalala ito na baka ang susunod na buhay na maliligtas ay nasa simpleng pag-anyaya mo lamang.

Last Sunday’s Worship and Healing Service was a moment to pause and reconnect with God. Many came carrying different burdens, but through worship, there was a clear sense of peace and surrender. It reminded us that no matter what we face, God meets us right where we are and invites us to trust Him fully.

Anchored in Job 1:20–22, the message “Tested but Trusting: Faith That Endures” delivered by Rev. Alberto R. Musngi, JILSTP Municipal Pastor, brought a powerful reminder that true faith is not built in comfort but proven through trials. The life of Job showed that even after losing everything, his response was still worship. This kind of faith holds on to God without needing full understanding. It remains steady in pain, anchored in God’s character rather than changing circumstances. We were reminded that we can lose things without losing our faith, and that even in difficult seasons, God is refining something deeper within us. In His perfect time, He restores beyond what we expect, proving that every act of faithfulness is seen and never wasted.

“Be Made New.” That was more than just a theme, it became a reality.

Last May 1, 2026, at Sanrise Private Resort, 49 lives were transformed as individuals took a bold step of faith through Water Baptism, grounded in 2 Corinthians 5:17. Each one carried a story of surrender, redemption, and new beginnings.

Among them was Ruella Magat, whose testimony deeply moved everyone present. Through life’s hardships, she found her way back to Christ, this time with a renewed heart, a stronger faith, and a deeper sense of purpose.

The event was not just a ceremony, it was a moment of community and spiritual growth. Through small group sessions led by dedicated leaders of Jesus Is Lord Sto. Tomas, participants encountered God’s Word in a personal and powerful way.

Heaven surely rejoiced that day. As written in Luke 15:10, even one soul brings joy to the angels, what more for 49?

This is what it means to be made new.
