With hearts united in service and faith, the officers of the Vicariate of Christ the King – Knights of the Blessed Sacrament (VCTK-KBS) successfully conducted a preparation meeting for the upcoming Archdiocesan Youth Day (AYD) this November, proudly hosted by the Vicariate of Christ the King.

This meeting served as an opportunity to discuss plans, organize responsibilities, and strengthen our commitment to ensuring a meaningful and successful celebration for all the youth of the Archdiocese.

As we continue our preparations, we entrust everything to God's guidance, praying that this event may deepen the faith, unity, and mission of every young person who will take part.

In a spirit of faith, unity, and hopeful anticipation, the Saint Matthias the Apostle Parish Youth Ministry prepares for a grace-filled encounter that calls especially the youth to a deeper relationship with Christ. The Krusada ning Krus ding Kayanakan (K*K) will arrive on April 27, 2026, and remain until May 1, 2026 at St. Matthias the Apostle Parish.

The K*K was launched by the Archdiocesan Commission on Youth Ministry of the Archdiocese of San Fernando as a crusade for healing, holiness, hope, and fullness of life. Accompanying the K*K is the Archdiocesan Youth Cross, which bears a relic of the True Cross of Jesus, dedicated to the Kapampangan youth.

In this time of waiting, may we open our hearts in humility and devotion, allowing this anticipated visit to inspire renewal in our faith, strengthen our unity as a parish community, and awaken in every young person the courage to follow Christ more closely. May this not simply be an event we witness, but a grace we truly receive and carry into our daily lives.
