This Easter season, we celebrate the glorious victory of Jesus Christ over death. His suffering in Gethsemane and on the cross wasn't in vain. Through His Atonement, He took upon Himself the sins and sorrows of all mankind, offering the gift of redemption and resurrection.

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe in a literal resurrection, just as the women who found the empty tomb experienced. Because of Christ's sacrifice, death is not the end. We will all be resurrected, and those who follow Jesus Christ and His teachings can look forward to eternal life with our Heavenly Father.

Easter is a time of immense joy, hope, and gratitude. We reflect on the Savior's love and recommit ourselves to living His teachings. It's a season to share the message of the gospel with others and find peace in the knowledge that Jesus Christ conquered death.

May this Easter bring you renewed faith, joy, and a deeper understanding of the beautiful gift of Jesus Christ's Atonement.

"Because He Lives" written by Sally DeFord, performed by Allyse Smith Taylor and James Loynes, accompanied by Marvin Goldstein. It is available on the CD "M...

Letter from Sis. Serrano
Happy Holidays!!

Missionary work is not easy oo it is not easy dahil ang mga blessings ay hindi lang basta basta if it is not hard its not worth it..

Brother and sisters hindi kayo mag give up sa mga trials na mahihirap ang mga trials na yan makakatulong satin na mas maging matatag lalo na for our faith in Jesus Christ Jesus Christ he is always in our midst.

Love
sister serrano!!

Mosiah 5:15
Therefore, I would that ye should be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in good works, that Christ, the Lord God Omnipotent, may seal you his, that you may be brought to heaven, that ye may have everlasting salvation and eternal life, through the wisdom, and power, and justice, and mercy of him who created all things, in heaven and in earth, who is God above all. Amen.

The Saints become the sons and daughters of Christ through faith—They are then called by the name of Christ—King Benjamin exhorts them to be steadfast and immovable in good works. About 124 B.C.

Sin of Borrowing

Mosiah 4:28
And I would that ye should remember, that whosoever among you borroweth of his neighbor should return the thing that he borroweth, according as he doth agree, or else thou shalt commit sin; and perhaps thou shalt cause thy neighbor to commit sin also.

I experience a lot of small miracles.
I'm so excited to tell this to you :) in my first day in my area I saw a old lady setting out side and she has a fever and shes really hot I feel sad for her, what we did is we shared a gospel and at the end of our lesson I give the closing prayer and after 1 day we visit in her area again and I saw her again out side of her house shes reading a magazine of the other religion and I greet her and we are rushing our time because when the sun will gone there is no cars we cant ride going out in that place but a small voice whisper me saying go back and ask how is she, and I go back and I ask her and shes really excited to tell me about what happen to her she told me that she was healed after I pray for her and I was so happy for her and the holy ghost is really strong in our lesson she has a fever for 5 days and that day that I give her a prayer she was healed I NOTICE IT IN MY PAST AREAS every time that I give a prayer for the people that they are sick they will be healed :)) I really testify that prayer is really powerful and with our strong faith nothing is impossible we can do miracles ;))

Letter from Sis. Judith Serrano

This past week it's a busy week. We are so grateful that we're successfully attend the mission tour with Elder Ardern and his wife. We learn a lot from him he is so humble and I really testify Bishop that he is called of god I notice that he ponder first before he speak and he was trying to discern our needs and he is really guided of the spirit , I was so thankful that he discern our problem like for example to our ward mission leaders that they are not assisting us.
we have a baptism this coming Saturday one family :) we are excited for them :)

Bishop this new week will be a challenging week we are preparing our self to face this.. Our area is getting bigger because the elders needs our help in their area they give us the Bago proper because they need to focus Ma-ao and me and my companion we will do our best to make it successfully so every Sunday we will split because we have Pulang Duta and we have the 1st ward so we can monitor our investigators recent converts and returning less active members.

I was praying last night and asking to our Father in Heaven a additional strength to accomplish his commandment to us.

I will not be afraid to face this challenge because the lord is in our midst, I know we can accomplish these challenge because my faith in him is sufficient, I trust him and I will do the things that he commanded me to do because I believe that he prepared a way to accomplish his commandments and I know that these commandments are not easy and the ways that he provides for us to accomplish them are not easy. I know from hardships come blessings.
