TAKE TIME TO READ
Let’s be real, leaders. Maraming nasasaktan. Maraming nadidiscourage.
Some stopped serving. Some transferred to another leader. Some left the church.
And worst…
Some left the Lord—dahil nasaktan, na-trauma, napagod.
And I say this with all humility:
AS A LEADER, I AM GUILTY TOO..
Minsan sa sobrang passion natin na sumunod sila sa Lord,
sa sobrang desire natin na magbago sila…
hindi natin namamalayan, tayo mismo ang dahilan kung bakit sila lumalayo.
And the Lord WARNED me:
Matthew 18:6 (NIV)
“If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble,
it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.”
Minsan, gusto natin instant result.
Gusto natin magbago agad yung disciple.
Pero ang totoo? Hindi natin role ang magbago ng tao.
Role natin: ituro si Jesus.
Role natin: ipanalangin sila.
Role natin: mahalin, alagaan, gabayan.
But the role to transform? That’s God’s.
Leaders, learn to surrender them to the Lord.
Hindi lahat kaya mong kontrolin.
Yes, correct them.
Yes, rebuke if needed.
Yes, guide them.
Pero wag mong akuin ang role ni Lord.
Stop acting like God. You are not their Savior—Jesus is.
No leader is perfect… but every leader can grow.
We’re all learning.
We’re all being refined by the same grace we preach.
So let’s lead not from pride, but from humility.
👉🏼To the DISCIPLES:
Your leader isn’t perfect.
They’re growing too.
Extend grace.
Forgive.
Speak with humility.
Stay faithful to Jesus— Even when people fail.
👉🏼To the LEADERS:
You don’t need to be a perfect leader but be a Christ-like one.
Let’s build a culture where people are healed, not harmed.
Lifted, not labeled.
Restored, not rejected.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about being right—
it’s about leading them to what’s right.
With love and truth,
Pastora Pam
