Sefton Bible Training Center The Bible school of the NorthEastern Luzon District Council that trains students how to be effective ministers and church planters.

Sefton Bible Training Center is a member of Asia Pacific Theological Association (APTA) since 2004. Sefton Bible Training Center provides a comprehensive teaching and training to all men and women whose desire is to qualify themselves for effective service to Christ and His Church as Church Planters, Missionaries, Pastoral Ministries and Christian Leadership.
