Narito ang mga aktibidades sa panahon ng Kuwaresma sa Unibersidad ng La Salette na siyang magpapalalim sa ating pananampalataya at magbibigay daan sa mas malalim na pagninilay.

Ang Kuwaresma ay isang panahon ng pag-aayuno, panalangin, at pagmumuni-muni bilang paghahanda sa pagdiriwang ng Pagkabuhay ni Kristo.

Layunin niyo na hindi lamang magbigay-alam ukol sa mga tradisyunal na kasanayan, kundi higit sa lahat, magbigay ng pagkakataon sa bawat isa na magbalik-loob at magbagong-buhay.

Salettinians gathered as one community to start the holy season of Lent by attending the Ash Wednesday mass.

The ashes reminds everyone that we are already in the penitential season, giving emphasis and remembrance on the words "Remember, man that thou art dust, and to dust thou shalt return". This also reminds us the we must humble ourselves to God.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a 40-day period of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving leading up to Easter. On this day, Catholics receive ashes on their foreheads in the shape of a cross, symbolizing repentance and a reminder of our mortalityโ€”โ€œRemember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.โ€ It is a time to reflect on our relationship with God, seek forgiveness, and commit to spiritual growth. As students of a Catholic university, this season invites us to deepen our faith, serve others, and prepare our hearts for the joy of Christโ€™s resurrection.

The highlights of 2024 Christmas Party of the Christian Formation Office, together with the Religious Education and Campus Ministry officers, was held at the CFO Office on December 17.

The celebration was filled with food, laughter, exciting games, and a meaningful gift exchange. The chaplain also shared inspiring words, making the event more memorable. It was a day of joy, reflection, and treasured moments.

On December 12, 1948, four Missionaries of Our Lady of La Saletteโ€”Fr. Conrad Blanchet, M.S., Fr. Raymond Leduc, M.S., Fr. Paul Douillard, M.S., and Bro. As of the latest update from PAGASA, ๐’๐ข๐ ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐๐จ. ๐Ÿ‘ has been raised in parts of Isabela and other affected areas due to the approaching Super Typhoon Pepito. This means severe winds and heavy rainfall are expected to impact our region.

Location: As of 1:00 AM, the eye of Super Typhoon Pepito was over the coastal waters of Caramoan, Camarines Sur.
Intensity: Maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h, gustiness up to 280 km/h.
