Palm Sunday is a Christian moveable feast that falls on the Sunday before Easter. The feast commemorates Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem, an event mentioned in each of the four canonical Gospels. Palm Sunday marks the first day of Holy Week.

Throughout Holy Week, it’s important to reflect on the events of Jesus’ passion and death. As we meditate on the cross, let’s ask ourselves again what it means to make the statements of faith that Mary and Jesus did. Both were completely obedient to the Lord. In Jesus’ suffering and dying, He revealed Himself to us as God’s Son and brought to fulfillment the Kingdom of God.

Continuing the thought and spirit of our Christmas Institute 2021 theme, AGAPE: Siglo ng Pag-ibig, our stead shall be to continue sharing God's love to the world especially in these trying times. As Christian youth and co-creations, we are accountable to our God-given gifts that we may use them to contribute to this mission in the same way that we are accountable to and with our kamanlalakbays towards a journey for a life that is abundant and full.

It’s that time of the year again! NEPAC Christmas Institute 2021 Registration opens today! ✨

The most awaited activity of the UMYFP is approaching again. We all miss having a physical gathering for fellowship —learning more about God to deepen our spiritual relationship with Him, but we will have to prioritize everyone’s safety and follow our safety protocols.

Hence, the conduct of our first virtual annual-wide Christmas Institute in celebration of its 100 years of faithfulness throughout generations of young people of the United Methodist Church.

Our theme for this year is “AGAPE”, based on 1 John 4:11-12 “Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; of we love one another, God lives in us and his love is perfected in us." ❤️
