MINISTRY LANG, WALANG PERSONALAN.

Minsan, kapag tayo ay kino-correct sa ministry, nasasaktan tayo.
May iba na pagkatapos pagsabihan, bigla nang hindi mamamansin, lumalayo, o nagtatampo.

Pero tandaan natin: ang correction sa ministry ay hindi pag-atake sa pagkatao natin — bahagi ito ng paglago at pag-aayos ng gawain ng Diyos.

Isang magandang halimbawa sa Bibliya ay si Apostle Peter nang siya ay tinama ni Apostle Paul.

Makikita ito sa Galatians 2:11–14.
Si Pedro ay kumikilos nang iba kapag kasama ang mga Hudyo at iniiwasan niya ang mga Gentile believers dahil sa takot sa sasabihin ng iba. Dahil dito, harapang kinorek siya ni Pablo dahil mali ang ipinapakita niyang halimbawa sa ministry.

Pero pansinin natin: hindi naging personalan ang lahat. Hindi lumayo si Pedro, hindi siya nagtampo at tumigil sa gawain. Tinanggap niya ang correction at nagpatuloy sila sa paglilingkod sa Diyos.

Ipinapakita nito na sa ministry, may mga pagkakataong kailangan tayong itama para manatiling tama ang gawain at testimony natin.

Sa ministry, hindi personalan ang correction. Hindi ibig sabihin na ayaw ka na ng leader o minamaliit ka.
Madalas, kino-correct ka dahil may tiwala silang kaya mong mas maging maayos at mas magamit ng Panginoon.

Kapag marunong tayong tumanggap ng pagsaway nang may pagpapakumbaba, lalo tayong lumalago sa character at spiritual maturity.

Tandaan natin na hindi lahat ng correction ay rejection.
Minsan, ito pa ang paraan ng Diyos para ihanda tayo sa mas malaking responsibilidad.
Kaya wag nating hayaang masira ang samahan dahil lang sa tampo.

Walang personalan — ministry lang ito. Ang goal natin ay hindi ipaglaban ang pride natin, kundi mapalago ang gawain ng Diyos nang may pag-ibig, pagkakaisa, at pagpapakumbaba.

The kids were amazed as they explored the deep sea wonders of our great creator! Held last May 9 led by Micah class teachers (sis. Agie Añonuevo, sis. Joan Tria, & sis. Sue Brusola) under the supervision and guidance of sis. Melanie Endozo our Sunday School Department superintendent, our OVBS (One-day Vacation Bible School) was truly a success. To God be all the glory!

Another successful event from MIT (Mothers' In Touch) led by sis. Marissa Mariñas. Mothers' Conference aims to strengthen and deepen mothers’ faith through prayer, worship, and Bible study. It also create a space for mothers to share experiences, challenges, and victories. To God be all the glory!

It hurts. That feeling is real. But hear this clearly: you were not called because people noticed you.
If your commitment to church is sustained by human approval, it will eventually collapse.

Silent treatment in ministry is real.
People are pushed away quietly, not through harsh words, but through neglect.
That is not weakness. That is sin.

“If one part suffers, every part suffers with it.” - 1 Corinthians 12:26

But here is the question that exposes the heart:
Who are you truly serving, people or God?

If you walk away because you were overlooked,
what will you do when God assigns you to obedience without applause?
What if your calling is faithfulness, not recognition?

“Am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God?” - Galatians 1:10

Church, hear this rebuke: your silence can push people away from the presence of God. Not every wound is caused by the world. Some are inflicted inside the ministry.

And to the one saying, “I’m done,”
do not allow human failure to cancel God’s work in you.

"Let us not grow weary in doing good.”- Galatians 6:9

You do not belong because you were noticed.
You belong because you were called.
And even when people are silent, God is not.
