As the weekend draws near, weโ€™re still carrying the joy and blessing of last Sundayโ€™s Couples & Adults Fellowship at Dear Joe, Nuvali. ๐Ÿ’™

It was a beautiful time of fellowship, laughter, encouragement, and simply being reminded of Godโ€™s goodness in every season of life.

Grateful for the conversations, the shared moments, and the hearts that came togetherโ€”not just to enjoy a meal, but to encourage one another in faith and in love.

Last Sunday at BBBC Santa Rosa

โ€œBlessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.โ€ โ€” Matthew 5:4

We were reminded that true blessedness is found in a heart that is tender toward sin โ€” one that turns from it and rests in the comfort of Christ. May our lives reflect His grace and point others to Him in word, conduct, love, faith, and purity.

We also praise God for the joy of celebrating our dear membersโ€™ birthdays! A blessed time of worship, fellowship, and gratitude for Godโ€™s faithfulness.

Mourn over sin. Cling to grace. Live for Christ. ๐Ÿ’™

The gospel we have received is not meant to be kept, but proclaimed. Christ has entrusted us with the message of salvation, and the command remains: โ€œGo ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.โ€ โ€” Mark 16:15 ๐Ÿ’™

This is not a comfortable calling, but a faithful one โ€” to carry His name, to shine His light in the darkness, and to make Him known, no matter the cost. Not relying on our strength, but on the One who sends us!

A quiet but weighty reminder โ€” that our lives are never lived in isolation. Others are watching, learning, and often following the path we take.

As it is written, โ€œโ€ฆbut be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.โ€ โ€” 1 Timothy 4:12 ๐Ÿ’™

To follow Christ is not only a personal calling, but a visible one โ€” to live in such a way that points others to Him. In our words, our actions, our love, and our faith, may we reflect the One we belong to!

If it werenโ€™t for Him, where would we be? ๐Ÿ’™

A needed reminder to look back and recall the faithfulness of God in our lives โ€” His goodness, His mercy, His hand that has sustained us through every season. And when we truly remember who He has been, doubt begins to fade, and trust takes its place.

Obedience is no longer something forced, but something that flows from knowing Him. As it is written, โ€œO taste and see that the LORD is goodโ€ (Psalm 34:8). When our hearts delight in who He is, trusting His promises becomes natural, and walking in His ways follows.

We are reminded that obedience is not about earning His favor, but responding to His grace. A faithful God is worthy to be trusted โ€” and trusting Him means believing that His ways are good, His commands are right, and His plans will never lead us to ruin.

So we remember, we trust, and we obey โ€” not out of fear, but out of faith!

A blessed Sunday afternoon of fellowship! ๐Ÿ’™

After a wonderful time of worship, the Couples and Adults Ministry gathered for a sweet time of fellowship, encouragement, and building one another up in the Lord.

What a blessing to be surrounded by brethren who desire to grow in grace, strengthen their homes, and remain faithful in the work of the Lord.

โ€œWherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one anotherโ€ฆโ€ โ€” 1 Thessalonians 5:11 KJV

May the Lord continue to bless our families and use our lives for His honor and glory. To God be the glory! ๐Ÿ™
