This passage reminds us that God lovingly purifies His Church through His holy presence, calling His people to walk in truth, repentance, and wholehearted devotion to Christ. In a world where outward religion can easily replace genuine surrender, the Lord continues to search the hearts of His people and calls us to live with integrity before Him.

Yet the beauty of the gospel is this: the same God who exposes sin is also the God who graciously forgives sinners through Jesus Christ. As we gather together in worship, may we come with humility, reverence, and faith asking the Lord to cleanse our hearts, renew our devotion, and shape us into a people who truly honor Him.

The early church did not pray for safety but for boldness. Their courage came from knowing that God is sovereign and Christ is risen. A bold church is a praying, Spirit-dependent, Christ-exalting church. When we trust that salvation belongs to the Lord, fear loses its grip and witness becomes natural.

Do not wait to feel brave. Come to God in prayer and ask for boldness. Trust Christ, depend on the Spirit, and speak of Him. If you have not yet believed, come to Jesus today. He saves sinners and makes them His witnesses.

A Celebration for God’s Care through our Mothers

We thanked the Lord for the gift of mothers, women whom God uses as instruments of grace in the home and in the church. We praise God for their quiet sacrifices, faithful prayers, and Christlike love that reflect the beauty of the gospel in everyday life.

“Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.” — Proverbs 31:28 (ESV)

To God alone be the glory for the mothers He has given us.

In Acts of the Apostles 1:4–8 and 2:1–13, Jesus did not send His church to work by human strength, plans, or personality. He commanded them to wait for the promise of the Spirit. When the Spirit came at Pentecost, fearful disciples became bold witnesses, and an ordinary gathering became a powerful church.

The same truth stands for us today: the church is not empowered by talent, programs, or numbers, but by the Holy Spirit. We cannot fulfill Christ’s mission unless we depend on the Spirit daily. The Spirit fills us so we may exalt Christ, love one another, and proclaim the gospel to the world.

As we come to the Lord’s Table, let us remember that the same Spirit who came at Pentecost now lives in every believer. This table reminds us that our power comes from the finished work of Christ on the cross and the living presence of His Spirit in us.

If you are a believer in Christ, walking in repentance and faith, come with humility and gratitude. If you are not yet trusting in Christ, this is a moment to turn to Him, ask for His mercy, and believe in the Savior who gave His body and blood for sinners.

Come, not trusting in yourself, but trusting in Christ alone. Come, asking the Spirit to fill you again, so that you may live as a faithful witness for Him.

Apatnapu’t apat na taong katapatan ng Panginoon! 🙌

Sama-sama nating ipinagdiwang ang ika-44 na anibersaryo ng ating simbahan sa temang “Behold the Glory of God.” Sa bawat taon na lumipas, malinaw ang bakas ng Kanyang biyaya, pag-iingat, at walang sawang paggabay sa atin bilang Kanyang simbahan.

Hindi ito kuwento ng ating lakas, kundi patotoo ng Kanyang katapatan. Hindi ito tungkol sa ating nagawa, kundi sa Kanyang patuloy na paggawa sa gitna natin.

Sa lahat ng pagsamba, paglilingkod, at pagtitipon—iisa ang sigaw ng ating puso: Ang kaluwalhatian ay sa Diyos lamang.

Patuloy tayong tumingin sa Kanya, sumamba sa Kanya, at mamuhay para sa Kanyang kaluwalhatian sa mga darating pang taon. Soli Deo Gloria! ✨
