𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗝𝗨𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦: Literacy and Numeracy Tutorial Program ✨🧠🌱

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Juan has officially announced the launch of San Juan Bright Minds, 🌻a free literacy and numeracy tutorial program for Grades 1–3 pupils (10 pupils per grade), scheduled to begin this coming November to December. 🤍

The participating pupils will be carefully selected by the teachers of San Juan Elementary School, 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫ensuring that the initiative directly reaches those in need of additional academic support. 🫂✨

This program is envisioned to address the challenges brought by the ongoing educational crisis in the country, as reflected in recent statistics and global rankings that place the Philippines among the lowest in education performance due to the gap we inevitably faced during the pandemic/distance learning 📉Through this effort, the SK Council seeks not only to provide children with stronger 💪learning foundations but also to assist teachers in their work and create opportunities for volunteers to hone their teaching and leadership skills. ⭐️🙌

Sessions will be conducted every Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. 🏞️The venue is to be announced in coordination with the school administration. ⚡️🙏

The call for volunteers is now open. 🥳Interested individuals including college students, graduates, and community members willing to serve✨✊✨may send a message to the SK San Juan page, approach any SK Official, or contact Dominique Dela Cruz at 09056518059. 🤍🤝

✨ Run for a Cause: Run for “Bogs” ✨

The San Juan Youth Ministry, in partnership with the SK San Juan Council, invites everyone to join us as we run with love, memory, and hope in honor of Janriel Parado Lantajo 🕊️

📍 Where: Brgy. San Juan, Sta. Fe, Leyte Plaza
