The brethren of the Sta. Barbara Locale conducted a meaningful activity that emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy body through fellowship events such as a Cookfest and Zumba. Through these activities, everyone was reminded that good health enables us to be better prepared, energized, and more effective in fulfilling our duties and service to God. Indeed, caring for our physical body is also part of our responsibility as faithful servants of the Lord.

"May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
1 Thessalonians 5:23

We are truly grateful that in the Church, God has raised leaders who value not only the spiritual growth of every believer but also their physical well-being. Their loving guidance reminds us that a healthy body strengthens us to serve the Lord with greater joy, endurance, and faithfulness. To God be all the glory!

SUNDAY WORSHIP I MINISTRY FAIR I PASTORAL CARE

Today is the day of worship unto the Lord, where we held our Ministry Fair and Pastoral Care as part of Adultsโ€™ Month โ€” a sacred offering of love and honor to those who have dedicated their lives to His service. They are vessels chosen by the Lord to guide and gather His sheep into His fold. And on this very blessed day, the Lord has once again worked salvation. 6 souls have made the decision to receive holy baptism.

Our brethren came with joyful hearts and willing spirits to take part in the Ministry Fair. They stand ready to serve in the various ministries of the Church, that His work may flourish all the more โ€” not only here in the Santa Barbara Local Congregation, but also in every labor of love they offer unto the Lord.

Praise and glory be to the Lord!

OUTDOOR AND FELLOWSHIP ACTIVITIES

As part of the Adult Month celebration, the brethren gathered outdoors for our scheduled activities, including tree planting and Zumba, so we may keep our bodies strong and healthy, that we may serve the Lord fully and wholeheartedly.

We also held a cleanโ€‘up drive, reminding us how precious cleanliness is, especially for us as Christians:
"Cleanliness of heart and surroundings is a symbol of true faith and holiness!"
