As the month of August unfolds, the Saint Raphael the Archangel Parish - Ministry of Altar Servers joyfully comes together to celebrate Altar Servers Month! Serving at the Table of the Lord is a sacred privilege, a quiet journey of devotion, and a profound response to God’s call to young hearts. Beyond holding the candles, ringing the bells, and assisting at the altar, our servers offer their reverence, energy, and unwavering faith to enrich every Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This dedicated month is a celebration of every early morning call, every step taken in reverent service, and the vibrant fellowship that binds our ministry together in unity and love.

To all our altar servers, past and present, thank you for your selfless dedication, humility, and glowing commitment to glorifying God through your service. May Saint Tarcius and Saint Aloysius Gonzaga and our beloved patron, Saint Raphael the Archangel, continue to guide your footsteps, guard your hearts, and inspire you to be shining beacons of Christ’s light both inside and outside the sanctuary walls. Today, July 26, 2026, the Vicariate Youth Ministry came together for our monthly meeting. We started by sharing important updates from our different parishes, followed by an inspiring re-echo from our Regional Youth Day 2026 delegates. We also held elections for our new Vicariate Youth Council officers, who are ready to lead and serve our community. A big thank you to St. Anthony of Padua Parish for warmly hosting us and providing a wonderful space for our gathering today.

We also met our new vicariate youth director, Rev. Fr. Justin Ray Calsado. Everyone was so happy to welcome him, and his words gave us a lot of encouragement. With a new leader, newly elected officers, and the generous support of our host parish, we are excited for everything ahead. We leave today’s meeting feeling full of faith, joy, and ready to work together as one youth family.
