Sometimes, people who look okay on the outside are fighting battles no one can see.

If you're struggling today, you don't have to face it alone. You don't need to have the right words. You can simply say, “I'm not okay.”

Someone can listen. Someone can pray with you. Someone cares about your story.

Stay. Reach out. Talk to someone. There is still hope. 🤍

If you know someone who may be struggling, don't wait for them to ask for help. Check on them. Listen without judgment. Be present.

And if you are in immediate danger or think you might hurt yourself, please contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

You matter. Your life matters. Your story is not over.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day, and we want to say something plainly: if you are hurting right now, if the weight feels like too much, you are not alone. Not for one second.

Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Not distant. Not disappointed in you. Close.

Sometimes the loneliest thing isn't the absence of people around us, it's feeling like no one would really understand if we told the truth about how we're doing. So today, we just want to be a community that says: we would want to know. You don't have to perform okay-ness for us.

If you're struggling, please don't carry it in silence. Reach out — to a friend, a pastor, a counselor, or a crisis line. Asking for help is not weakness. It's one of the bravest things a person can do.
