As we enter this sacred season of Lent, the Church calls us to a deeper spirit of prayer, silence, and penance.
We refrain from clapping after Mass. Not to diminish gratitude, but to preserve the solemn and penitential character of the liturgy. Lent invites us into sacred silence—a silence that allows our hearts to listen more closely to God.
This is our time to Reflect. Repent. Renew.
Let us keep the atmosphere of reverence and interior prayer as we journey together toward the Cross.
