Train-A-Child

Train-A-Child Train a Child is an outreach ministry of Real Life Christian Communities that helps children experience real life in Christ as early as possible

Train-A-Child is an outreach program of Real Life Christian Communities that helps children experience real life in Christ as early as possible. Our vision is to prepare, propel and protect the next generation as they fulfill God's plan and purpose in their lives. We believe that:

1. Jesus Christ is Lord and the only way in experiencing real life (John 14:6)

2. God has a plan and purpose to eac

h and everyone of us
(Jeremiah 29:11) including children (Matthew 19:14).

3. We are commanded to prepare the next generation as they march on their spiritual journey; propel them one day by passing what they have learned and experienced to the generation next to them; and to protect them on their spiritual walk that they may not lose sight on their journey as they grow (Proverbs 22:6)

Our mission is to partner with the families of the community in helping the less fortunate kids experience real life in Christ by establishing Train-A-Child Centers in various areas, teaching them life's core values as they develop various skills according to their level of understanding in a life-giving environment for the glory of God. Our methods are:

1. Teach the mind
2. Touch the heart
3. Transformed souls through Jesus Christ. Our marks of success is when the community embraces and continues the vision and Mission of Train-A-Child.

A little throwback to our last year's Train-A-Child Christmas Party 🎄🧒🏻👧🏻

Sobrang nakaka-warm sa heart balikan yung tawa, kulitan, at priceless smiles ng mga bata. 🥹

This year, we want to see those same smiles again — yung joy nila pag may natatanggap na regalo at nararamdaman nila yung love ni Lord through our generosity. 🎁

Yesterday’s Train a Child was truly a blessing! 🙌

Despite the gloomy weather, God answered our prayer—walang ulan! Truly, He’s in control. ☁️✨

We want to express our deepest gratitude to the Ambas couple, Kuya Nash, Ate Tin, and their daughter Thaliah, for celebrating their birthday with our TAC kids. 🥳

Thank you for preparing food, prizes, and giveaways. Your generosity and servant hearts truly reflect Jesus. 🙏

We are so blessed by your family and how you chose to honor God through this celebration. May He continue to use you mightily and pour out His grace upon your lives. 💖

The Need for New Birth ✨

Scripture:
John 3:3 (NIV)
“Jesus replied, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.’” 👶🔥

Explanation:
Nicodemus thought he already had spiritual credentials 📜, but Jesus made it clear: knowing about God isn’t the same as knowing God 🙏. The new birth—being born again by the Spirit—is essential 🌬️. Without it, even the most moral or religious person cannot enter God’s kingdom 🚪.

Application:
Don’t assume your background or church involvement is enough ⛪. Have you truly been born again? 🔄 And when you share the gospel, remember: people don’t just need advice or improvement—they need a spiritual rebirth 💖.

Reflection Questions:

1. What do you think it means to be “born again”? 🤔
2. Have you personally experienced this spiritual transformation? ✨
3. How would this truth shape the way you share the gospel with others? 📢🙏

Devotions for today: Jesus Sees the Hard to Reach ✨

Scripture: John 3:1-2 (NIV)
“Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night 🌙 and said, ‘Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.’”

Explanation:
Nicodemus was a respected religious leader—knowledgeable 📚, moral ✨, and influential 👑. Yet he came to Jesus under the cover of night, curious but cautious 🤔. Jesus saw past his titles and defenses and engaged with him lovingly ❤️. While others might avoid people like Nicodemus—proud, religious, or hard to talk to—Jesus leaned in 🤝.

Application:
You might know someone who seems unreachable 🚧—strong-willed 💪, self-sufficient 🛡️, or skeptical 🤨. Instead of avoiding them, ask Jesus to help you see them with His eyes 👀❤️. No one is too high, too proud, or too difficult for God's love to reach 🌟.

Reflection Questions:

1. Who in your life seems "too difficult" to reach for Christ? 🤷‍♂️
2. How does Jesus’ approach to Nicodemus challenge your assumptions? 💭
3. What would it look like to move toward, rather than away from, people like him? ➡️🤲

🦖 Some people are just hard to love. Others are even harder to reach. You’ve met them. Maybe... you’ve even been one of them.

But what if there’s a kind of love that never gives up?
A love that sees through the walls we build and reaches us anyway?
A love that surprises even the most stubborn hearts?

💛 Join us this Sunday at RLCC as we talk about something deeper, stronger, and more powerful than you might expect: The love of God in and through Jesus!
