You’re not alone. Even Scripture speaks about it.

But here’s the hope: what you do for the Lord is never in vain.

Find renewed purpose in Him.

Sunday Highlights | April 19, 2026

Before He returns, we are called to be faithful stewards—not stagnant, but living out our faith. Works don’t earn salvation, but they reveal its fruit.

Not famous. Not successful.

Faithful.

On this Araw ng Kagitingan, we honor those who showed courage in the face of suffering.

In the same spirit, we remember the life of Apostle Paul—a servant who endured persecution, imprisonment, and trials, yet remained steadfast in his faith.

Even in chains, he boldly declared:
“For which I am an ambassador in chains… that I may declare it fearlessly.” (Ephesians 6:20)
And at the end of his life, he could say with confidence:
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)

Though beaten and imprisoned, Paul did not waver. His courage was not rooted in his own strength, but in his unwavering trust in God.

Like Paul, may we stand firm in faith, even in the midst of trials.

For true valor is not only seen in battle, but in a life fully surrendered to Christ.

Sunday Service Highlights | Resurrection Sunday

Now that we reflect on the truth that the Lord Jesus has risen, let us remind ourselves that we are called to live and ground ourselves continually in what He has given us; free from sin, free to worship.

Let us submit to the Holy Spirit, that we may be transformed.

Let us then consecrate ourselves daily, through every month of the year; not just during Holy Week.

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐭 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞.

Not just to prove a point, but to secure a promise.
The stone was rolled away (Matthew 28:2).
The tomb was found empty (Luke 24:3).
And heaven declared the greatest news in history: “He is not here; He has risen.” (Luke 24:6)
This changes everything.

Ang Resurrection Sunday ay hindi lamang isang celebration bagkos ay isang invitation.
An invitation to step out of sin, because it no longer has the final word.
An invitation to leave behind shame and fear, because death itself has been defeated.
An invitation to live a brand new life, because Jesus is alive.

So today, don’t just remember the resurrection, respond to it.
If Jesus is alive, then hope is alive.
If the grave is empty, then your life doesn’t have to stay the same.

What are you still holding on to that Jesus already died—and rose—to set you free from?
Come alive in Him.
Leave the grave behind.
Walk in the life He paid for.

“Just as Christ was raised from the dead…
we too may live a new life.” (Romans 6:4)

Si Jesus, dinala na sa libingan (Matthew 27:59–60).
Sealed, guarded (Matthew 27:65–66).
Ang Kanyang mga disipulo naman, nagtatago, overwhelmed sa nangyari (Luke 24:17–21).
At ang tanging pag-asa nila, parang nailibing na rin.

This is Black Saturday…
the space between what was promised and what is seen.
The tension between grief and glory.
The waiting room of faith.

And maybe, if we’re honest, we’ve all lived here before.
Yung mga panalangin mo, parang walang sagot.
Yung breakthrough na pinaniniwalaan mo, wala pa ring nangyayari.
Yung katahimikan na napapatanong ka,
“God, are You still there?”

But Black Saturday reminds us:
God is not absent in the silence.
His ways are higher, even when we don’t understand.
He is working, even when we cannot perceive it.
The tomb was not the end. It was the turning point.
So if today feels quiet, if your heart feels heavy, if your faith feels stretched in the waiting…

Stay.
Trust.
Wait.
Keep the faith.

Because the same God who was working in the silence of the tomb
is working in your silence too.

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5)

(Luke 23:33, Isaiah 53:7)

Not ideal, yet still… we call it Good Friday.

Good, because on that cross, justice and mercy met. Sin was not ignored, it was paid for. Love was not just spoken, it was demonstrated.

Jesus didn’t just suffer, He chose the cross. Para sa atin. Para sa’yo.

“He was pierced for our transgressions… by His wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)

“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

The cross tells the truth about us, that our sin runs so deep, it leads to death.

But it also reveals a greater truth about God, that His love runs deeper, that He died so we could live.

And now, the question is no longer: “What did Jesus do?” but “What will we do with what He has done?”

Will we receive the grace He freely offers? Or will we walk away from the very love that saves us?

Today, don’t just remember the cross. Respond to it.

Come to Him.
Receive His grace.
Follow Him with your life.

Because what looked like the end… was actually the beginning of our salvation. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" - John 3:16

(Luke 22:7–20; John 13)

The One who deserved to be served chose to serve.
The One who knew He would suffer chose to love first.

At ang nakakamangha pa, lahat invited sa table.
Not because worthy sila, but because sadyang gracious and Panginoon.
Even si Judas, kasama sa hapag.

This is the kind of love Jesus offers us today, a love we don’t deserve, yet freely receive. Love na hindi lamang sa salita, pati sa gawa.

So the question is not just, “Do you remember?”
But… “Will you respond?”

Will you receive His love?
Will you reflect His humility?
Will you live it out?

John 13:34-35 NIV
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Let’s not just remember Him in ritual.
Let’s live like Him in reality.
