Good morning, church family! ☺️

Before we look ahead to this new week, let's take one honest look back at the last one — the mistakes, the moments you lost your patience, the things you wish you'd handled differently. And then let's read this together:

"𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐃'𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐝, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠; 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬." — 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝟑:𝟐𝟐-𝟐𝟑

This verse comes from one of the hardest books in the Bible — written in the middle of genuine grief and loss. And right there, in that pain, the writer stops and says: even here, His mercy hasn't run out. It's new. Every single morning.

That means whatever happened last week doesn't get carried over into this one like some kind of debt. God's compassion isn't a limited supply that's getting thinner the more we need it. It's fresh today. It'll be fresh again tomorrow. And it was fresh yesterday too, whether we noticed it or not.

So as you step into this week:

-If guilt from last week is still hanging on you, know that His mercy already let it go.
-If you're worried you'll mess up again this week, remember the mercy resets tomorrow too — not just once.
-If you can't see how God's been faithful lately, that doesn't mean He hasn't been. Great is His faithfulness, whether we've noticed or not.

You get to start this week clean. Not because you earned a clean slate, but because His compassion never stops giving you one.

Whatever this past week held — whatever this new one has in store — let's step into it standing on a promise:

"𝐵𝓊𝓉 𝓉𝒽𝑜𝓈𝑒 𝓌𝒽𝑜 𝒽𝑜𝓅𝑒 𝒾𝓃 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝐿𝒪𝑅𝒟 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓇𝑒𝓃𝑒𝓌 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝒾𝓇 𝓈𝓉𝓇𝑒𝓃𝑔𝓉𝒽. 𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓎 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓈𝑜𝒶𝓇 𝑜𝓃 𝓌𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓈 𝓁𝒾𝓀𝑒 𝑒𝒶𝑔𝓁𝑒𝓈; 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓎 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓇𝓊𝓃 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓃𝑜𝓉 𝑔𝓇𝑜𝓌 𝓌𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓎, 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓎 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓌𝒶𝓁𝓀 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓃𝑜𝓉 𝒷𝑒 𝒻𝒶𝒾𝓃𝓉."

Maybe you're tired. Maybe last week wore you down more than you expected. That's exactly who this verse is for. God isn't asking us to find strength on our own — He's asking us to wait on Him, and He promises to renew what's been spent.

So today, however this week unfolds:

If you need to soar, He'll lift you.
If you need to run hard, He'll sustain you.
If all you can do is walk, He'll keep you from fainting.

There's no version of this week where you're on your own. Go into it with your head up.

Good morning, church family! 😊

Whatever this week is going to ask of you — long hours, hard conversations, a to-do list that never seems to shrink — let's carry this verse with us:

"𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐞." — 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟒:𝟏𝟑

Here's something worth knowing about this verse: Paul wrote it from prison. He wasn't talking about achieving big dreams or winning at everything he tried. Just a few lines earlier, he'd said he learned to be content whether he had plenty or little.

This verse isn't about success — it's about endurance. It's about having exactly what you need to face whatever's in front of you, because the strength isn't something you're supposed to generate on your own. It's supplied.

So if you're heading into this week already tired — if Monday feels heavier than it should — that's not a sign you're failing. That's exactly who this verse was written for.

This week:

-If you're running on empty, He's the one refilling you, not your own willpower.
-If the task ahead feels too big, remember the promise isn't "you can," it's "through Christ, you can."
-If you stumble midweek, that doesn't cancel the promise — it's still true on Wednesday and Thursday, not just Monday morning.

You don't have to have it all together to lean on this verse. You just have to lean.

“I've come to realize that raising a child in the Lord doesn't begin with just any parenting method, it begins with a heart that is fully surrendered to God.

The way I live, the way I love, the way I respond, and the way I prioritize Him each day are quietly shaping the faith of the next generation. God's command starts with me before it reaches my child.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)

Whatever this week holds — new challenges, hard conversations, big decisions — you don't face it alone. He goes before you. Be strong. Be courageous. Let's walk into this week together, in faith. 🙏
