Title: Youth in Crisis โ A Biblical Response to Today's Youth Challenges
Speaker: Rosenda Belga
Session 8 ๐
๐ Main Message
Today's youth face many challengesโfrom bullying and mental health struggles to social media addiction, broken families, and peer pressure. While the world often labels young people by their struggles, God sees them differently. Through His Word, He reminds us that we are chosen, loved, forgiven, and created with a purpose. No matter what crisis we face, Christ offers hope, strength, and a firm foundation.
โจ Key Lessons with Verses
๐น Choose Peace Over Conflict
Bullying and violence may be common, but God calls us to be peacemakers who respond with love instead of revenge.
Verse: โBlessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.โ (Matthew 5:9)
๐น God Is Near in Our Struggles
When we feel overwhelmed, anxious, or alone, God is close to the brokenhearted and faithfully strengthens those who trust in Him.
Verse: โThe Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.โ (Psalm 34:18)
๐น Don't Let the World Shape You
The content we consume influences our hearts and minds. God calls us to renew our minds and live differently from the patterns of this world.
Verse: โDo not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.โ (Romans 12:2)
๐น You Are Never Alone
Even when family relationships are broken or we feel abandoned, God promises to remain with us and never leave us.
Verse: โI will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.โ (John 14:18)
๐น Choose God's Way Over Peer Pressure
The decisions we make and the company we keep shape our future. God calls us to pursue righteousness instead of following the crowd.
Verse: โFlee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace.โ (2 Timothy 2:22)

๐ก Remember:
The world may see today's youth as broken or hopeless, but God calls you chosen, loved, forgiven, purposeful, empowered, and never alone. No challenge is greater than His love, and no crisis is beyond His power to redeem.
