Join us as we honor the Secondary Patron Saint of San Nicolas through the Novena Masses in honor of St. Lawrence the Deacon, from August 1 -9, 2026, culminating on his Feast Day, August 10

St. Lawrence, one of the seven deacons of Rome under Pope Sixtus II, lived a life of service, humility, and profound love for the poor. He gave his life as a martyr, famously presenting the poor and the marginalized as the true riches of the Church. His unwavering faith and courage in the face of persecution remain a beacon of Christian witness.

We invite all the faithful to walk the path of charity and faithfulness as St. Lawrence did. Let us come together in prayer, reflection, and thanksgiving during this sacred time.

The Diocese of Laoag is blessed to host the 25th National Convention of the Arch/Diocesan Financial Administrators of the Philippines (ADFAP) from June 15–19, 2026.

Today, the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Nicolas de Tolentino warmly welcomes the delegates for the Third Day of the Convention, gathering nearly 400 participants from dioceses and archdioceses across the country—the largest attendance in ADFAP history.

This afternoon, a celebration will be highlighted by a Pontifical Mass to be presided over by Most Rev. John F. Du, D.D., Archbishop of Palo, together with the clergy of the Diocese of Laoag

May this gathering strengthen stewardship, foster collaboration, and deepen our commitment to serving the Church with integrity and faith.

Twenty-five years of faithful service, unwavering dedication, and a life devoted to God and His people. As we celebrate the 25th Sacerdotal Ordination Anniversary of Rev. Msgr. Danilo L. Devaras, we look back with gratitude on the beautiful memories, inspiring moments, and countless blessings brought by his priestly journey.

Through the years, Apo Danilo Devaras has been a shepherd, mentor, and spiritual father to many — touching lives through his compassion, guidance, and steadfast commitment to the Church. This special tribute is a humble remembrance of his remarkable years of ministry, filled with service, sacrifice, and love.

May this silver anniversary remind us of the lives he has transformed and the legacy of faith he continues to build.

Once again, Congratulations, Apo Danny and Thank You your 25 years of devoted priestly service.

As we joyfully journey toward the Provincial Fiesta of La Virgen Milagrosa de Badoc, the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Nicolás de Tolentino warmly invites all the faithful, especially our dear parishioners, to take part in this grace-filled celebration.

Join us tomorrow, May 2, at St. William the Hermit Cathedral, Laoag City for the Misa de Gracia at 5:00 PM.

Following the Fiesta Mass, a Solemn Grand Procession will take place. We encourage everyone to come together as one parish community as we accompany the sacred image of La Virgen Milagrosa de Badoc, who will grace the streets of Laoag City on her way to the Provincial Capitol.

Let us come in faith and unity, offering our prayers and thanksgiving, as we honor our beloved Patroness and seek her loving intercession for our families and our province.

We encourage the faithful to wear any shirt that represents our parish (Blue or White San Nicolas Shirt or any Organizational Shirt that bears the logo of our parish)

As we continue our journey toward the Provincial Fiesta in honor of La Virgen Milagrosa, we share with you the updated schedule for the 7th Day of the Novena Mass, to be hosted by the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Nicolas de Tolentino.

On Wednesday, April 29, 2026, a holy rosary will begin the festivity at 4:00PM to be followed by the Novena Mass at 5:15PM. After which a solemn procession around the poblacion shall commence, and a flower offering will be held in honor of our beloved Mother right after the procession.

We invite everyone to bring flowers as a symbol of our love and devotion to La Virgen Milagrosa.
