Thank You for a Successful Barangay Home Evening!

What started as a simple gathering has become a meaningful space where neighbors connect, families feel welcome, and hearts are uplifted. Every smile, every conversation, and every presence adds to the warmth that makes Barangay Home Evening special.

As taught in General Conference, prophets have reminded everyone that “the Lord works through small and simple things to bring about great things.” This gathering is a living example of that counsel—simple evenings creating lasting connections and spiritual upliftment.

Barangay Home Evening with Team Ampid Taas was another meaningful night of connection and fellowship.

With 56 attendees, the gathering reflected a warm and welcoming community spirit. It was also a joy to have 1 interested person join and to reconnect with 1 less active member, showing how these evenings continue to reach hearts in simple but sincere ways.

Barangay Home Evening in Banaba was a beautiful reminder of how strong community bonds can be when people simply come together.

With 68 attendees—including 20 friends and many cheerful kids—the evening was filled with energy, laughter, and meaningful connections. It was also wonderful to have 7 interested persons join and to reconnect with 2 less active members, showing how this gathering continues to open doors and hearts within the barangay.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this activity a success. Banaba’s spirit of unity and fellowship truly shines, and this is just the start of many more uplifting evenings together. 🤍

Barangay Home Evening in Ampid Baba brought neighbors together for a night filled with warmth, connection, and meaningful moments.

With 42 attendees, the gathering reflected a growing spirit of unity in the community. It was also a blessing to welcome 4 interested persons and reconnect with 1 less active member, showing how this new setup continues to reach hearts and homes in simple but powerful ways.

Ayon sa General Handbook ng simbahan (34.3.2), kung magkakalapit ang mga bahay sa ward at ligtas ang lugar, maaaring pahintulutan ng bishop ang mga Aaronic Priesthood holders—lalo na ang mga deacons o Young Men—na bumisita sa mga miyembro bawat buwan upang bigyan sila ng pagkakataong magbigay ng fast offerings. Dapat silang magpunta nang pares para sa kaligtasan at agad na iabot ang mga nalikom sa bishopric. Isa itong magandang paraan upang makatulong sa mga nangangailangan at upang matuto ang mga kabataan ng tunay na diwa ng paglilingkod.

Ito ang isinagawa sa unang Linggo ng Pebrero ng ating mga Young Men, kasama ang mga Youth leaders at mismong ni Bishop. Naging maganda ang naging resulta ng aktibidad na ito, kaya inaasahang ipagpapatuloy pa ito sa mga susunod na buwan.

Nagkaroon ng biglaang meeting ang RS President Ynah Andrada at EQ President Jeric Bacunana sa opisina ni Bishop Sherwin Reponte para sa mga malinaw na tagubilin, kasabay nito napanood ang isang video na naglalaman ng malinaw na gabay at instruksyon tungkol sa mga karagdagang responsibilidad ng pagiging President ng quorum at organization. Nagkaroon ng makabuluhan at masiglang talakayan, kasama ang iba’t ibang suhestyon na makatutulong sa mas maayos na paglilingkod. Sa mga susunod na mga araw, inaasahan nating makikita ang positibong pagbabago sa pamamalakad at mga gawain sa simbahan.

Primary Teachers & Leaders Meeting 🤍

As taught in General Conference, President Russell M. Nelson reminded us that ‘children are at the center of God’s plan.’ With this truth in mind, Primary teachers and leaders gathered to counsel together, plan, and prepare to better serve the children of the ward.

This meeting reflects the shared commitment to teach with love, faith, and purpose, helping every child feel the Savior’s love and guidance.

As we work together in unity, we trust the Lord’s promise that when children are taught of Him, peace and strength will follow.

A beautiful reminder that when we gather with faith, the Lord speaks through inspired leaders.

Our recently concluded Meeting with the Bishopric was a moment to pause, listen, and realign our hearts with God’s will. Through inspired counsel and the quiet promptings of the Spirit, we were strengthened, encouraged, and reminded of our divine purpose.

May the lessons we received continue to guide our decisions, deepen our faith, and inspire us to serve with love and integrity. As we move forward, may we carry these truths not just in our minds, but in our daily walk of discipleship.
