Today is a joyful and powerful moment—not just a ceremony, but a declaration of a new life in Christ.

The Bible reminds us in Romans 6:4 that “we were buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead… we too may live a new life.”

Baptism is not just about water. It is about surrender. It is a public declaration that:
“I am no longer living for myself—I am living for God.”

Just like a seed must be buried in the ground before it grows, today symbolizes the old life being buried—and a new life beginning. A life forgiven, a life restored, a life with purpose.

But remember, baptism is not the finish line—it is the starting line.

It encourages us to humble ourselves before God, recognizing His power and authority. In return, God will lift us up at the right time, showing His favor and grace 🙏

Romans 12:2
Huwag kayong makiayon sa takbo ng mundong ito. Sa halip, hayaan ninyong baguhin ng Diyos ang inyong pag-iisip upang maunawaan ninyo ang kanyang kalooban. Sa gayon, magagawa ninyo kung ano ang mabuti, kalugud-lugod at ganap na kalooban ng Diyos.

Nandito ang kaaway, gusto tayong mahikayat gumawa ng masama 🙅‍♂️. Pero meron tayong sandata: ang Salita ng Diyos 📖. Lumingon tayo sa Panginoon sa pamamagitan ng panalangin 🙏 at hingin ang tulong ng Banal na Espiritu 💫. Ang mga bagay sa mundo ay pansamantala lang, pero ang kaligtasan at kapayapaan mula sa Diyos ay walang hanggan 💖.

"Wala pang pagsubok na dumating sa inyo na hindi nararanasan ng ibang tao. Tapat ang Diyos, at hindi niya ipapahintulot na kayo'y subukin nang higit sa inyong makakaya. Sa halip, pagdating ng pagsubok, bibigyan niya kayo ng lakas upang makayanan ito at ng paraan upang malampasan ito."

Magkakaiba Mang pagsubok ang dumarating saating Buhay lagi nating alalahanin na tapat ang Diyos sakanyang mga Anak Hindi niya tayo bibigyan ng pagsubok na Hindi natin kayang mapagtagumpayan dahil batid niya ang kakayahan natin kayat tayoy magtiwala at laging pagtibayin ang ating pananampalataya sakanya☝️

Kayganda ng mga paa nila na nagpapahayag ng ebanghelyo ng kapayapaan at ang mga paa ng mga nagdadala ng ebanghelyo ng mabubuting bagay.
