𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐜 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡

In a simple ceremony today, June 6, 2026, the newly elected officers of the Caduc Church formally took their oath, signifying their commitment to faithfully serve God, support the church, and uphold the responsibilities entrusted to them. The induction ceremony was led by Ptr. Jhoequer M. Maduli.

Leading the newly elected set of officers is Br. Michael L. Corpuz as President, with Sis. Analiza B. Perez will be served as Vice President. Sis. Jovelyn C. Battad, a former president, assumes the position of Secretary, while Sis. Maribel B. Cristobal continues her service as Treasurer. Joining them are Sis. Delmacris B. Apalla as Auditor and Sis. Mely M. Padilla, who remains in her role as Steward.

The oath-taking ceremony serves as a reminder that leadership in the church is rooted not in authority, but in humble service. As Jesus taught, “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant” (Matthew 20:26).

As they begin their term of service for the year 2026-2027, the congregation extends its prayers and support, asking God to grant them wisdom, strength, faithfulness, and servant hearts as they lead and assist the ministry in fulfilling its God-given mission.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥

The Youth Department gathered for its Sunday School session today, June 6, 2026, with 25 young people. An insightful lesson was discussed on the common reasons why ministries struggle.

The discussion emphasized that difficulties in ministry are not always caused by a lack of people, budget, or resources. More often, challenges arise when foundational elements are weak or neglected.

The lesson highlighted five key factors that can make ministry difficult:
🔹 Wrong Leadership – Without godly leadership, clear direction, accountability, and genuine care for people, even the best programs can struggle to succeed. (Proverbs 29:2)

🔹 Wrong Culture – A ministry can become unhealthy when gossip, favoritism, pride, division, and unforgiveness become part of its culture. Healthy ministry thrives in an atmosphere of love, humility, and unity. (1 Corinthians 15:33)

🔹 Lack of Vision – Ministry becomes ineffective when people do not know where they are headed. A clear vision inspires commitment, purpose, and perseverance. (Proverbs 29:18)

🔹 Lack of Development – A ministry that does not disciple and develop future leaders eventually stagnates. Healthy ministries intentionally raise up disciples and equip others for service. (2 Timothy 2:2)

🔹 Lack of Cooperation – Ministry is not a one-person task. When members share responsibilities and carry one another's burdens, the work becomes lighter and more fruitful. (Ecclesiastes 4:9; Galatians 6:2)

As part of today's worship celebration, Sir Jaymark T. Cabico delivers an inspiring devotional message anchored on Isaiah 55:8, reminding the congregation of God's perfect wisdom and sovereign plans that far exceed human understanding.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐜 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

The Caduc Church Youth Society Officers successfully conducted their First Official Meeting, attended by all 12 elected Local Youth Society Officers (LYSO), together with Ptr. Jhoequer M. Maduli, and Youth Department Adviser Jhay-ar S. Battad, at Caduc Church, on June 6, 2026.

The meeting focused on strategic planning and the drafting of the Youth Ministry's Annual Action Plan (AAP), covering key areas such as spiritual development, evangelism and outreach, leadership formation, fellowship activities, community engagement, worship development, fundraising initiatives, social media promotions, committee assignments, and the scheduling of official meetings and church-wide activities.

In his closing message, Ptr. Maduli reflected on Acts 6:1–6, emphasizing that those who serve as "helpers" in the ministry hold a noble and honorable calling because they ultimately serve the Lord Jesus Christ. He encouraged the youth officers to carry out their responsibilities with diligence, excellence, and faithfulness, recognizing that their service is an offering unto God. He also added that there are no small roles in God's kingdom. Whether leading, organizing, assisting, or serving behind the scenes, every ministry becomes significant because the One we serve is Jesus Christ.

The meeting concluded with the approval of initial plans and action points aimed at strengthening the youth ministry and advancing its mission for the calendar year 2026-2027.

Meanwhile, exciting programs and activities are set to be implemented by the Youth Department of Caduc Church as the Local Youth Society Officers (LYSO) unveiled several initiatives during the meeting. These programs are designed to nurture the spiritual growth of the youth, strengthen their social connections, and provide wholesome avenues for fellowship and enjoyment.
