WATER BAPTISM 2026

We are inviting all Water Baptism Candidates to join us on June 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM at LFCC Compound.

Before the baptism, we will first have a Water Baptism Orientation. All candidates are required to attend. The water baptism will start after the orientation.

Please take note of the following reminders:

• Wear darker clothes for the water baptism and bring extra clothes.
• You may bring lunch or food to share.
• To our witnesses, the whole Worship Team and all ACTS 29 members, please also bring shareable food.
• Most importantly, let us continue to pray for the success of this activity.

Let us celebrate this important step of faith together.

- FROM DISCONNECT TO DESTINY -

Last Sunday’s Worship Service reminded us of a powerful truth: posible palang nasa loob tayo ng church pero malayo na pala ang puso natin sa Panginoon.

Sa pamamagitan ng Matthew 7:21–23, John 15:5,16, at Acts 1:8, pinaalala sa atin ng Diyos na hindi sapat ang pagiging “religious” lang.
Hindi basehan ang church attendance, ministry involvement, o dami ng alam nating Bible verses.
Ang tunay na hinahanap ng Panginoon ay intimacy; isang totoong relasyon at malalim na connection sa Kanya.

Minsan kasi, unti-unti tayong naa-anod:
- From passion to routine.
- From intimacy to activity.
- From connection to silent disconnection.

Pero ang mabuting balita:
Hindi tayo tinatawag ni Jesus para husgahan lamang kundi para manumbalik sa Kanya.
His grace is still available. The door is still open. And Jesus is still saying, “Return.”

At kapag tunay tayong connected kay Cristo, hindi lang tayo mababago kundi may maaapektuhang ibang buhay dahil sa atin.
Dahil ang tunay na connection kay Jesus ay laging may mission at purpose.

📖 “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit.” - John 15:16

Church, hindi ka lang saved, you are sent.
Hindi ka lang tinawag para umupo every Sunday, tinawag ka para magdala ng liwanag, pag-asa, at presensya ni Cristo saan ka man dalhin ng Diyos.

Dalawang tanong ang iniwan sa atin:
👉 Truly connected ka pa ba kay Lord?
👉 At may naaabot bang ibang tao dahil sa buhay mo?

Because false connection leads to rejection
but true connection leads to destiny and commission.

20 YEARS OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS

Last Sunday, we celebrated our 20th Anniversary Worship Celebration with a powerful reminder from God’s Word through the message:
📖 “From Roots to Fruit” / Colossians 2:6-7
(Deeply Connected Series - Part 3)

Sa loob ng 20 years, hindi naging madali ang journey.
Dumaan ang church sa maraming bagyo: pandemya, challenges, tests, at uncertainties, pero nanatili tayong nakatayo dahil ang ugat natin ay nakatanim kay Cristo.

The message reminded us that:
- Deep roots secure our faith.
- Healthy roots produce Kingdom fruit.
- Fruit that lasts impacts generations.

Hindi sapat na magmukhang malago sa labas kung mababaw naman ang ugat.
God is calling us to go deeper in Christ so we can bear fruit that blesses people and glorifies Him.

Twenty years ago, God planted a seed.
Today, we are standing in a forest of His faithfulness.

At habang tinitingnan natin ang kabutihan ng Diyos sa nakaraang dalawang dekada, mas lalo nating pinaniniwalaan na this is not the finish line, this is only the launching pad for greater harvests ahead!

Buildings may fade.
Programs may change.
Leaders may come and go.
But when a church stays rooted in Christ, the fruit impacts eternity.

Title: “FRUIT THAT LASTS”
Text: Galatians 5:22–23
Deeply Connected Series | Part 2
Date: May 10, 2026

Last Sunday Worship Service, pinaalala sa atin ng Panginoon na ang tunay na Christian life ay hindi tungkol sa instant results kundi sa tunay na transformation.

Sa generation natin ngayon, gusto natin ng:
✔ Instant success
✔ Instant healing
✔ Instant growth
✔ Instant change

Pero ang real fruit, takes time.
Hindi minamadali ang bunga.
Hindi pinepeke ang paglago.
At ganoon din sa buhay espiritwal.

Maraming tao ang gustong magkaroon ng:
a. Love - pero ayaw magpatawad
b. Peace - pero ayaw magsurrender kay Lord
c. Self-control - pero ayaw i-deny ang sarili

Pero malinaw ang mensahe ng Diyos:
“God is not interested in instant Christianity. He is committed to lasting transformation.”

Ang tunay na bunga ay hindi galing sa sariling effort lamang, ito ay bunga ng pagkilos ng Holy Spirit sa buhay natin.

Hindi sapat na mukhang Christian lang sa church.
Dahil ang tunay na fruit ay nakikita:
✔ sa bahay
✔ sa trabaho
✔ sa social media
✔ sa pakikitungo sa tao
✔ kahit walang nakakakita
Because real fruit is not location-based… it is life-based.

At ang Fruit of the Spirit ay hindi hiwa-hiwalay na prutas na pwede nating piliin lang kung ano ang gusto natin. Hindi pwedeng mabait ka pero walang self-control. Hindi pwedeng faithful ka pero walang gentleness.

Ang tunay na bunga ng Espiritu ay:
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-control.

At habang lumalalim ang connection natin kay Lord, unti-unti ring nagbabago ang puso natin.
Hindi overnight.
Hindi pilit.
Hindi pakitang-tao.
Kundi Spirit-led transformation that grows over time and lasts for eternity.

Sa dulo ng lahat, hindi itatanong ng Panginoon:
“Gaano ka ka-busy?”
“Gaano ka ka-active?”
“Gaano ka kagaling?”

Ang tanong Niya:
“Nasaan ang bunga?”

Lord, tulungan Mo kaming hindi lang maging mukhang Kristiyano, kundi maging totoong Kristiyano.

Last Sunday, hindi lang tayo pinaalalahanan kundi tinamaan tayo ng katotohanan:
Hindi sapat na active ka lang… kung disconnected ka naman kay Jesus.

CORE TRUTH: The depth of your connection with Jesus determines the direction of your life.

Kung gaano kalalim ang connection mo sa Kanya, doon papunta ang buhay mo.

1. Our Calling Is To Abide, Not To Strive

Hindi ka tinawag para mapagod, tinawag ka para manatili.
Minsan akala natin na ang pagiging Christian = doing more, serving more, trying harder.
Pero habang mas pinipilit mo, di ba mas napapagod ka?

Truth bomb:
You can work for God… and still be disconnected from God.

Simple but powerful steps:
• First 10 minutes rule: Bible muna bago phone
• Sacred pause: kausapin si Lord kahit 1-2 minutes
• Night reflection: “Lord, saan kita nakita today?”

2. Fruitfulness Is The Result Of Connection

Hindi mo pinipilit ang bunga kasi nga kusang lumalabas yan kapag connected ka.
Hindi kailangan ng “plastic fruit” na mukhang okay lang sa labas.
Kasi si Lord hindi impressed sa appearance kundi after Siya sa transformation.

Check yourself:
• Ang LOVE mo ba ay sacrificial or selective?
• Ang PEACE mo ba ay stable or situational?
• Ang JOy mo ba ay deep or dependent sa circumstances?

Reminder: Don’t fix the fruit; fix the connection.

3. Apart From Christ, We Can Do NOTHING
Hindi “konti”… hindi “limited”… NOTHING.!!!
Pwede kang maging magaling, active, visible…
Pero kung hiwalay kay Cristo, sayang lang kasi walang eternal value.

Reality check: No connection = No life.

FINAL REMINDER:
The Christian life is not about doing more for Jesus,
It’s about staying with Jesus.
Kapag nanatili ka, mabubuhay ka (ulit).
Kapag connected ka, mamumunga ka.
Kapag kasama mo Siya, may direksyon ang buhay mo.
________________________________________
Kaya nga kung napagod ka…
Kung naging robotic na ang faith mo…
Kung nandito ka pero hindi ka na connected…
Tandaan mo, Hindi ka kinokondena ng Diyos,
Inaanyayahan ka Niyang bumalik.
ABIDE… and you will come alive again.

Finale Series: Alive in Christ

Sometimes, life feels like a constant battle: work, family, finances, emotions and it feels like you're the only one taking the hits.
But here’s the good news:
Because of Christ, your story doesn’t end in defeat; it ends in victory.

THE BIG IDEA: Because Christ died, rose, and reigns, we already walk in His victory.
No opposition can stand in our way
No accusation can condemn us
No one can separate us from His love

1. God Is for Us, Then Who Could Be Against Us?
"If God is for us, who is against us?" (Romans 8:31)

If God is on our side, no one can defeat us.
Applications:
• When fear strikes → “God is for me.”
• When life gets uncertain → “God is working for me.”
• When people turn against you → God is still with you.

2. The Cross Secured Our Victory
"He gave His only Son for us…" (Romans 8:32)

The cross is your receipt:
Your victory has been paid in full!

You don’t have to fight for victory, Christ already gave His life for you.

Applications:
• Stop living defeated
• Let go of old guilt and shame
• Start walking like a child of the King

3. Nothing Can Separate Us From The Love Of God
(Romans 8:38-39)

No matter what: failure, fear, past mistakes, pain...
Nothing can separate you from God’s love.

Applications:
• When you feel unworthy → His love remains unchanged.
• When you feel forgotten → God will never let you go.
• When you feel broken → His love restores you.

You are not fighting for victory... You are fighting FROM victory

May bago tayong journey bilang church and this time, hindi lang surface-level faith. We’re going deeper.

Sa bagong sermon series natin na “Deeply Connected”, sabay-sabay nating lalakbayin kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng tunay na connection:
a. Abiding in Christ (hindi lang "Sunday faith")
b. Bearing fruit that truly lasts
c. Growing from the roots not just appearances (20th Anniversary)
d. Breaking free from what holds us back
e. Living connected sa body of Christ

Kung pakiramdam mo minsan disconnected ka sa Diyos, sa purpose mo, o sa ibang tao; this series is for you.

Hindi ka tinawag para mamuhay mag-isa.
You were created to be deeply connected.
