REVIVAL BEGINS WITH REPENTANCE

The Bible way of forgiveness is beautiful. A trusting faith in the sacrifice of Jesus, coupled with a complete surrender to God and His will, removes the guilt from our heart. Our sins are completely covered by the shed blood of Jesus Christ. The forgiveness that God gives takes away our offenses and hurts. He wipes the slate clean and forgets our transgressions, "And their iniquities will I remember no more" (Hebrews 8:12). What a wonderful freedom we can experience when God forgives our sins.

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me” (John 14:6).

For us to ignite, it only needed a spark -- to repent our sins so that we could receive the Holy fire. The fire of God is ready to come for us!

GOD'S SILENCE IS A MATTER OF PERSPECTIVE

There’s a sense in which God is never silent. He has already spoken in his word and by becoming man and dying for us on the cross, purchasing our eternal salvation.

Waiting on God involves learning to lay our questions before him. It means that there is something better than knowing all the answers: knowing and trusting the only One who does know and will never forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

Trusting God when we don’t hear him ultimately strengthens and purifies us. If our faith is based on lack of struggle and affliction and absence of doubt and questions, that’s a foundation of sand. Such faith is only one frightening diagnosis or shattering phone call away from collapse. Token faith will not survive the dark night of the soul. When we think God is silent or absent, God may show us that our faith is false or superficial. Upon its ruin, we can learn to rebuild on God our Rock, the only foundation that can bear the weight of our trust.

HAVING HOPE WHEN HE SEEMS SILENT

Our absolute confidence in God's Omnipotence and Sovereignity power as it is recorded in the Bible, Jehovah appeared to Abraham, “I am the Almighty God” 【Genesis 17:1】

The call to wait on God is an invitation to trust and hope. It entails believing that one day — even if today is not that day — he will make all things right. In times of waiting, as we seek God in prayer, we must learn to listen to him as well as talk to him — to shut out the clatter and quietly wait as he unfolds to us his person, purposes, promises, and plan.

Apparently, we should be permissively rely on and look up to God for us to receive God's protection and He who the One to dominate and control all things. With Him there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. Hence, when encountering some difficulties, as long as we truly depend on God and look to Him, He will resolve our problems and settle our concerns, and we will see that His power is everywhere, and that His deed is everywhere.

GOD'S SILENCE IS NOT GOD'S ABSENCE

We seek God for an answer. We pray for direction. We believe God will fulfill His promises … to us. Then we wait. In the waiting it can feel like we’ve been abandoned or forgotten. We begin to question if we heard God in the first place.

God’s silence doesn’t indicate His absence, but is an invitation to rest in His presence.God is never truly silent, but speaks to us in many ways: GOD SPEAKS THROUGH HIS WORDS.

Don't confuse God's timing with God's absence. Silence is a place of great power and healing.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.” (Psalm 19:1-2 NIV)

If you think it seems God is very silent into your life as if He is not speaking to you nor showing signs, we invite you this Friday for our youth gathering and you can actually receive answers to your unanswered prayers.

GOD MAY SEEM SILENT, BUT HE SPEAKS

When God is silent, it shows us how to trust God even when He seems unresponsive and remote — even when, as in the famous incident in the Gospels, He seems to sleep while you are buffeted by the storms of life.

" I sleep, but my heart is awake” — and confirms that with Jesus this is indeed the case: His love for you never sleeps, no matter what.

This coming Friday, 16th of August,2019 will show how you can make better the sense of your life once you realize that God has actually been closest to you when He seemed farthest away; and once you learn why He often speaks to you only in silence.

We must have a vision of the greatness of God and pray to be God-focused rather than self-focused. If we are God-focused we can walk in true freedom. Then we can walk every day with a greater vision of what God is like, what He is saying, and what He can do.

As a Christian, we must be in a zone where we fully immerse our focus, involvement and process for the abrsorption of our trainings and experiences. We could absolutely pursuit greatness through different seasons of process and moments - struggles, pain and rejections are commonly known circumstances- and with God's grace, we are formed greatly and grow exceedingly.

God wants to position you in the greatness of God. He wants to give you a new belief and expression of the power of prayer in your own life. He wants to give you a new freedom in your walk with Him. God is preparing you. He wants to impart to you new life. His training is supernatural training.
