Join us this Sunday for worship at Crossroads Fellowship Evangelical Free Church!

We are continuing our sermon series, "Romans: The Unshakeable Kingdom." This week, Pastor Dave Ramos will share a message titled "The Law is Holy, Yet It Is Unable to Make Us Holy," focusing on the scripture from Romans 7:1-12.

The Bible tells us, "So the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good" (Romans 7:12, ESV). Come learn why the law is good because it shows us our sin, but why we must trust in Jesus Christ alone to truly save and change us.

🗓 Date: October 4, 2026
🕙 Time: 10AM
📍 Location: 212-213 State Condominium IV, Greenhills, San Juan City.

See you this Sunday!

Whose Master are you serving?

When we accept Christ, our life has fundamentally changed. We are no longer under the rule of sin, but under the grace and guidance of a new Lord.

This week, we're reflecting on this critical message shared by Pastor Ricky Deniola on September 20:

"A true Christian cannot keep living in sin because his Master has changed. He may stumble, but he cannot live in continuous, unrepentant sin."

While we all stumble, the definition of our life cannot be defined by continuous, chosen sin. Let this truth challenge us: Is our daily walk reflecting our new Master?

Take a deeper look at the Scripture this was based on: Romans 6:15-23.

🙏 Let's encourage one another to walk in the freedom of righteousness.

33 Years of God's faithfulness ✨

Through all the changes, challenges, and seasons, God has been faithful every step of the way. And by His grace, we continue to stand steadfast and immovable, rooted in Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:58
"Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain."

We have true hope because of what Christ has done.

As the text in Romans 1:16 reminds us, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek" (ESV).

The good news of Jesus Christ is not just a story; it is the very power God uses to save us from our sin. Because salvation comes fully from God's power and grace, we never need to hide our faith. Let us stand strong today and boldly share His truth with the world.

When we truly meet Jesus, we do not stay the same. As Pastor Glen Padilla shared in his preaching last September 13,

"A real encounter with Jesus should always result in a changed life".

God’s grace gives us a new heart. Because of what Christ has done on the cross, we are freed from the power of our old sins and called to live for Him. The Bible reminds us in Romans 6:4 (ESV): "We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life."

Take time this week to read and reflect on Romans 6:1-14. Let us continue to "Step Into Your New Life With Christ" together as a church family at CROSSROADS Fellowship Evangelical Free Church.

Who is your master today?

In this message, Pastor Ricky teaches from Romans 6:15-23. He explains the big change that happens when we trust Jesus. Before we are saved, we are slaves to sin. But God sets us free. Now, we are slaves to righteousness. We are saved by faith alone in Christ alone. Because of this grace, we have a new Master and a new life.

Romans 6:23 (ESV) tells us, "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD."
