In this day, we celebrate the Solemnity of Christ the King. It is one of many opportunities the Catholic Liturgical Church year offers to each of us consider the creature which is called time, receive it as a gift and begin to really live differently.

O Jesus Christ,
I acknowledge You as King of the Universe.
All that has been created was made for You.
Exercise Your dominion over me.
I renew my baptismal promises,
renouncing Satan and all his works and empty promises.
I promise to live as a good Christian.
I pledge my life to Your service,
working to bring about Your Kingdom of truth and life,
holiness and grace, justice, love, and peace.

May Your Kingdom come!
Amen.

Here's a note for you this month

This May, let's honor Mother Mary, the embodiment of love, compassion, and strength. As we celebrate her during this special month, let's reflect on her unwavering faith, her selfless devotion to God's will, and her role as the mother of Jesus. May her example inspire us to cultivate deeper spirituality, embrace humility, and spread kindness and peace in our lives and communities.

Prayer for the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Holy Rosary

Divine Mother Mary,
With beads of rosary in hand,
Guide us through this sacred land.
In May's embrace, we kneel to pray,
To you, our intercessor, we convey.

Your grace, a beacon in the night,
Shining forth with heavenly light.
As we recite each Hail Mary's rhyme,
Lead us closer to the Divine.

Blessed Virgin, Queen of May,
In your arms, we humbly stay.
With love and reverence, we implore,
Intercede for us, now and forevermore.

Amen.

Mary Mother of God, Pray For Us!
