Last Sunday, August 30, we joyfully witnessed a significant moment as our Altar Servers renewed their commitment and our newly commissioned servers formally answered the call to serve at the altar of the Lord. โTheir commissioning and renewal is more than simply wearing the alb but it is a commitment to serve God with faith, humility, discipline, and a willing heart.

โAs we celebrate the Month of Altar Servers, we also remember the life and sacrifice of St. Tarcisius, patron saint of Altar Servers. At a young age, he courageously embraced his mission to serve Christ and protect the Holy Eucharist. His unwavering faith and dedication remind us that true service is not measured by age or recognition, but by the love, courage, and sincerity with which we offer ourselves to God.

โMay the example of St. Tarcisius inspire every Altar Server to remain faithful to their calling and to become instruments of Christโs love and good examples to others, especially to the youth. โMay their service always be an offering of love to God, and may every step they take toward the altar bring them closer to Christ.

โCongratulations to our newly commissioned and renewed Altar Servers! May you continue to serve with faith in your hearts, courage in your actions, and Christ at the center of everything you do.
