PANALANGIN PARA SA STO. CRISTO

Panginoong Hesus, habang pinagmamasdan Kita, nakikita ko ang Iyong mga paa't kamay na nakapako sa krus, ang Iyong tagilirang buong lupit na tinuhog, at ang Iyong katawang nakabayubay at wala nang buhay. Ang puso ko'y puno ng habag sa Iyong pagdurusa at kalungkutan dahil sa aking mga sala at sa pagkakasala ng buong mundo na nagbigay sa Iyo ng hirap at dusa. Kasama ni Birheng Maria na buong tapang na nakatayo sa paanan ng Krus, at ang Iyong mahal na disipulo, tulutan Mong makapiling Kita ng ilang sandali.

Mangusap Ka sa kaibuturan ng aking puso upang maunawaan ko ang Iyong walang hanggang pagmamahal na humahantong sa Krus at upang makainom sa bukal ng buhay na dumadaloy mula dito.

Mahal na Santo Cristo, nawa'y matanto namin ang kahulugan ng Krus sa aming buhay. Bigyan Mo kami ng lakas at diwa upang mapasan namin ito ng buong tiwala, pag-asa at pagmamahal. Amen!

PRAYER TO THE STO. CRISTO

Lord Jesus, when I see You up there, hands and feet nailed to the cross; Your side cruelly pierced; Your lifeless body hanging between heaven and earth. My heart goes out to You, in pity for Your sufferings, and in sorrow for my sins and for the sins of all the world that caused such agony and torment. With Your Blessed Mother, who stood bravely by the Cross, and with Your beloved disciple, allow me to accompany You for a while.

Speak to me in the depths of my being, so that I may come to understand a little of the infinite love, that brought You to the Cross, and to drink from the fountain of life that flows from it.

(Pause for a moment)

Santo Cristo, grant us the grace to understand the meaning of Your cross in our lives. Bless us with good health in mind and spirit so that we may carry our own crosses with faith, hope and love. Amen!

From heartfelt performances and powerful melodies to the laughter, cheers, and shared emotions of the night, every moment became a beautiful reminder of how music brings people together. More than just a concert, it was a celebration of stories, talents, faith, and the vibrant spirit of our youth community.

Thank you to everyone who became part of this unforgettable evening. Through every song sung and every memory made, the spirit of Hibang sa Awit continues to live on in our hearts.

Last night, May 16, 2026, our Parish Youth Ministry and Dominican Youth Movement, Kadang Dominiko, held the Annual Youth Serenata 2026 titled "Hibang sa Awit: Kwento. Himig. Buhay." Various performances and song numbers were carried out as a wonderful display of talent. The show was a testament to the Parish Youth Ministry’s commitment to bring together the youth and grow as a part of our parish’s wider Dominican family.

We thank everyone who joined and watched the Serenata 2026. A special thanks to all the members of Kadang Dominiko and guest performers for their talent and dedication. It was a wonderful celebration, and we are eager for the Serenata 2027.

Blessed Sunday, KADA!

The Ascension of Christ was not His departure from us, but the fulfillment of God’s promise. Through His rising into heaven, the Holy Spirit was sent to guide, strengthen, and remain with His people. Though unseen, Christ continues to walk with His disciples and with us today. The same Lord who never abandoned His followers then will never abandon us now, for we belong to Him.

Ang pinakahihintay na gabi ay narito na! Ngayong araw, sabay-sabay nating mararanasan ang 𝐇𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚 𝐀𝐰𝐢𝐭: 𝐊𝐮𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨. 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐠. 𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐲.—isang gabing puno ng musika, kwento, at damdaming mag-uugnay sa ating lahat bilang isang komunidad.

Mula sa bawat himig hanggang sa bawat pagtatanghal, inaanyayahan namin kayong damhin ang mga awiting sumasalamin sa ating buhay, alaala, at pananampalataya.

Hindi lang ito basta konsiyerto—ito ay selebrasyon ng kabataan, talento, at pusong sama-samang umaawit.

Kaya tara na at makisabay sa himig! Kita-kits mamayang 7:00PM!

Sabay-sabay natin mararanasan ang gabing puno ng musika, kwento, at buhay! Ang pinakahihintay na 𝐇𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚 𝐀𝐰𝐢𝐭: 𝐊𝐮𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨. 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐠. 𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐲. ay halos narito na, handang magbigay ng mga pagtatanghal at himig na tiyak na tatatak sa ating mga puso.

Sa bawat awit ay may kwento. Sa bawat kumpas ay may damdamin. At bukas, bilang isang komunidad, sama-sama nating ipagdiriwang ang musika na nag-uugnay sa ating lahat.

Ihanda na ang inyong mga boses, enerhiya, at puso—dahil bukas, makikisabay tayo sa himig ng buhay!
