Ang Ating Tanging Pag-asa—Ang Ikalawang Pagbabalik ni Kristo

Ang ikalawang pagbabalik ng ating Panginoong Jesu-Cristo ang siyang tunay at dakilang pag-asa na ating pinanghahawakan sa buhay na ito. Maaaring maranasan natin ang pansamantalang pagtulog sa kamatayan, ngunit mayroon tayong katiyakang pangako mula sa Diyos na ang mga namatay na kay Cristo ay muling bubuhayin sa Kanyang pagbabalik.

Ang Bagong Sikat Seventh-day Adventist Church ay taos-pusong nakikiramay sa naiwang pamilya ni Ptr. Jeffrey Bala. Kasama ninyo kami sa panalangin, hinihiling na patuloy kayong aliwin, palakasin, at yakapin ng Banal na Espiritu sa gitna ng napakasakit na pagsubok na inyong pinagdaraanan.
Sa kabila ng kalungkutan at pangungulila, patuloy nating ipanalangin ang ating sariling pakikipagbaka sa mundong ito. Ang buhay ng ating butihing Pastor ay naging isang magandang halimbawa ng kasigasigan at katapatan sa paglilingkod sa Diyos. Tapat niyang ginampanan ang kanyang tungkulin hindi lamang bilang asawa at ama, kundi higit sa lahat, bilang isang lingkod ng Panginoon.

Sa dagat man o sa bundok, sa init man o sa ulan, nag-aalab ang kanyang puso para sa gawain ng Diyos. Buong sigasig niyang inakay ang mga kaluluwa upang mas mapalapit kay Cristo. Bago pa man sumapit ang mapait na pangyayaring ito, siya ay nasa isla, patuloy na gumagawa para sa gawain ng Panginoon sa kabila ng malalakas na pag-ulan at masamang panahon.
Ang kanyang buhay ay nagpapaalala sa atin na hindi natin alam kung kailan darating ang wakas ng ating buhay. Ngunit alam natin kung paano tayo dapat mamuhay - ang mamuhay na kasama si Kristo, manatiling tapat, at patuloy na maglingkod sa Kanya.
Nawa'y sa bawat araw ng ating buhay ay matagpuan tayong nag-iinit sa pananampalataya, matapat sa ating tungkulin, at buong kasigasigang gumagawa para sa gawain ng Panginoon.

At sa araw ng Kanyang pagbabalik, nawa'y marinig natin ang tinig ng ating Tagapagligtas at muling makasama ang mga minamahal nating natutulog kay Cristo.

Napakalapit na talaga ng pagbalik ng ating Panginoong Jesus!

Habang tayo ay naghihintay, nawa tayo ay matagpuang tapat na mga katiwala na sumusulong sa gawain hanggang sa makita na natin Siya sa mga alapaap ng langit.

“Siyang nagpapatotoo sa mga bagay na ito ay nagsasabi, “Oo, malapit na akong dumating.” Amen. Pumarito Ka, Panginoong Jesus.”

Is GOD's Word important? Why should I read it?

Yes! It is crucially important, for it is the Word of GOD Himself, who is the Creator and Sustainer of everything.
So why should we read it?
GOD's Word, the Bible, is our guideline as are temporarily passing through this earth. It shows the way, it lights our paths, so we will not stray for righteousness.

What's more? It's points us to Jesus, our Saviour, Redeemer, and our Friend.

God has promised: "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you." (James 4:7-8)

So what are you waiting for?
Come, let us learn more about Jesus and His love. Let us read the Bible! It is His voice speaking to us.

What a wonderful day it was!

Being reminded is what we truly need sometimes. Yet knowing what is right is different from living it. That's why we need God. We need the Holy Spirit to create in us a new heart and a willing mind that chooses to follow and surrender to Him.

Reading the Bible is more than gaining knowledge, it is allowing God's Word to shape our hearts, guide our decisions, and protect us from wandering away from Him. When we keep His Word in our hearts, it becomes our daily guide, giving us wisdom, strength, and a deeper relationship with Him.

"With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You."
Psalms 119:10–11 (NKJV)

Parang kailan lang…

Now, this coming Sabbath, we will once again celebrate another blessed fellowship with our brethren. It is one of the best times for our dear youth to socialize, build lasting friendships, and connect with fellow believers from different churches.

These photos were taken on May 23, 2026, during the Social Night Program of the SOM 1 District Fellowship, held at So. Manga Iling Proper (Manga SDA Church). It was a night filled with joy, laughter, music, and meaningful moments that strengthened our bond with one another and brought us closer to God.

As we prepare for another gathering this coming Sabbath, we warmly invite everyone to come and experience the beauty of Christian fellowship. Let us worship together, create precious memories, and rejoice as one family in Christ.

"How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!"

🎓 BRANCH SABBATH SCHOOL GRADUATION 🎓✨

We praise and thank the Lord for the victory He has given us as we celebrate the Branch Sabbath School Graduation. We know that this journey was not easy. We faced many challenges, including finding a suitable place and reaching children to be part of this ministry. Yet, through God's guidance, provision, and grace, everything was accomplished according to His perfect plan.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this ministry. To our beloved elders, deacons, and deaconesses, thank you for your unwavering support. To our youth, the Children's Department, and all our brethren, thank you for your dedication, prayers, and active participation in this work. Your efforts have played an important role in advancing God's ministry and sharing His love with the children.

May we always remember that every act of service done for the Lord is never in vain. As the Bible says:
"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."
1 Corinthians 15:58
