📖 Ephesians 2:11–22
Who Is This Church Made Of?
This week, we were reminded of three things:
1. Remember
Remember how far you were. You will never appreciate the nearness of God until you remember how far you were.
2. Reconciled
Christ himself is our peace. Through his blood and his cross, he brings the far near, destroys hostility, creates one new people, reconciles both groups to God, and gives both groups access to the Father.
3. Residence
Christ is forming a household in which people learn to know, forgive, serve, and carry one another.
The Church is not just a building. It is a people being formed by Christ.
May we continue to grow together as the Church Jesus is building.
