some truths are too important for little hearts not to hear. ๐ค
Today, we shared with the children the reason Jesus had to go through so much pain. He was mocked, wounded, and crucified not because He was powerless, but because He loved us that deeply. He chose the cross so that even the smallest hearts could know they are worth saving, worth loving, and never beyond the reach of Godโs mercy.
It is heartbreaking to remember what Jesus endured, but beautiful to know why He endured it, for us. and how precious it is that children come to know, even at a young age, that the cross is not just a story of suffering, but the greatest proof of love the world has ever known.
may these little hearts grow up never forgetting that Jesus went through it all so they could find hope, forgiveness, and life in Him.
โBut God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.โ
