STEP 3: RELEASING

Filipinos may now apply for their postal ID cards and get it the same day at the Philippine Postal Corporation’s (PHLPost) branch at the Government Express Center at the fifth floor of SM City Manila.

In a statement on Monday, PHLPost said the cut-off for same-day processing is from 11 AM to noon.
