Come To Jesus Community Church of Muzon

Come To Jesus Community Church of Muzon Sunday Service 9:00 AM THE ESSENTIALS WE BELIEVE

1. These three are co-equal and are one God. Gen. 1:1, 26, 27; 3:22; Ps. 90:2;
Matt. 28:19; 1 Pet. 1:2

2.

About God – God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe; He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. About Jesus Christ – Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days

to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will come again someday to earth to reign as King of kings and Lord of Lords. Matt. 1:22, 23: Is. 9:6; Jn. 1:1-5, 14:10-30;Heb. 4:14-15; 1Cor. 15:3-4;
Rom. 1:3-4;Acts 1:9-11; 1 Tim. 6:14, 15: Titus 2:13

3. About the Holy Spirit – the Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with the power for living, understanding of spiritual truths, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily.
2 Cor. 3:17; Jn. 16:7-13, 14:16-17; Acts 1:8;
1 Cor. 2:12, 3:16; Eph. 1:13;Eph. 1:13; Gal. 5:25; Eph. 5:18

4. About the Bible – The Bible is God’s Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error.
2 Tim. 3:16; 2 Pet. 1:20-21; 2 Tim. 1:13; Ps. 119:105, 160; 12:6; Prov. 30:5

5. About Human Beings – People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”. This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Gen. 1:27; Ps. 8:3-6; Is. 53:6a;Rom. 3:23; Is. 59:1-2

6. About Salvation – Salvation is God’s free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from or self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. Rom. 6:23; Eph. 2:8-9; Jn. 14:6, 1:12;
Titus 3:5; Gal. 3:26; Rom. 5:1

7. About Eternal Life – Because God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the TRUE believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and the keeping power of God that gives us this security. Jn. 10:29; 2 Tim. 1:12;Heb. 7:25, 10:10, 14; 1 Pet. 1:3-5

8. About Eternity – People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence. Jn. 3:1;14:17;Rom. 6:23; 8:17-18, Rev. 20:15; 1 Cor. 2:7-9

How can we prove that God exists?

This week’s message reminded us that faith is not just spoken — it is lived through trust, obedience, and surrender to God’s will.

Through Malachi 3:10–12, we learned that our giving and stewardship are not about bargaining with God, but about declaring that He is our true Provider and Sustainer. When we trust Him fully, our lives become a testimony of His faithfulness to the world around us.

May we continue to live with contentment, obedience, and confidence in God’s sovereign care — proving His goodness through the way we live each day. ✨

What are you willing to let go of to fully follow Jesus?

Luke 14:25–33 reminds us that discipleship comes with a cost. Following Christ means surrendering our own desires, comforts, and attachments so we can fully walk in His will.

“Those of you who do not give up everything you have cannot be my disciples.” — Luke 14:33

May we have the courage to choose Jesus above everything else, trusting that a life surrendered to Him is always worth it. 🙏✨

Happy Mother’s Day to the women whose faith, love, and strength continue to inspire generations. 💐

In 2 Timothy 1:5–7, Paul honors the sincere faith passed down from Timothy’s grandmother Lois and his mother Eunice — a beautiful reminder that a mother’s influence can shape hearts, build character, and strengthen faith for years to come.

As we celebrate all mothers and mother figures whose prayers, wisdom, sacrifices, and unconditional love reflect God’s grace in everyday life. Thank you for nurturing not only lives, but also faith and purpose.

May the Lord continue to fill you with His power, love, and sound mind as you continue to lead your families with courage and compassion. ❤️

“I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice…”
— 2 Timothy 1:5

🌾 How do we plant for the next generation?

Today’s service reminded us that faith was never meant to stop with us—it’s meant to be entrusted, lived out, and multiplied. From being strong in grace to living with the endurance of a soldier, the discipline of an athlete, and the hard work of a farmer, we are called to build something that lasts beyond our lifetime.

“Planting seeds today for a shade you may never sit under.”

Let’s not just aim for converts, but for lives that carry the truth forward.
Let’s be intentional. Let’s be faithful. Let’s build for the next generation.

Day 2 of Vacation Bible School 2026: Superheroes of Faith 🦸‍♀️💥

Yesterday’s hero: Samson 💪
A man blessed with incredible strength, Samson reminds us that our true power comes from God—and that we should use it wisely.

Our young heroes discovered that strength isn’t just about muscles, but about obedience, self-control, and trusting God’s purpose in our lives 💛

Another fun-filled day of learning, laughter, and growing in faith! Stay tuned for D-3's hero!

There’s just something about coming together like this. Not just to serve, but to grow a bit, encourage each other, and remember why we even started. The small moments matter more than we think—the conversations, the laughs, just being there.

At the end of the day, it all comes back to the same reason. It’s Jesus. Not titles, not recognition, not even the work itself… just Him.

Really grateful to be part of a community that chooses to serve with love, humility, and joy. We all play different parts, but it’s the same goal for all of us—to honor Him in everything we do.
