Gavino and his wife, Carolina G. Gavino started their mission in life, following what the Lord Jesus Christ said “Love your neighbor as you love yourself,” and “Let the children come to Me”. That started the passion in their heart to help poor families and their children. When they saw many poor children and young people who cannot afford to go to school because their parents have a little means
to send them, they started teaching thru Sunday school and later, they found that these children have know-how if they can go to school. They also found that the children have lack of food , hence they started to have a feeding program. After some time they noticed that the children have big improvements and became more active. Pastor Gavino and his wife’s compassion made their eagerness to help more strong but their means are not enough to support them financially. Our long term objective is to reach more children and families though our continuous effort, keep on seeking out an effective way of help them fulfill God’s intention for them which is spelled out in Luke 2:52 “Jesus grew in wisdom and statue, in favor of God and man.”
