🌿 SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE | AUGUST 16, 2026 🌿

“GOD’S PROMISES FOR YOUR FUTURE”

What a blessed and meaningful Sunday worship service we had today! 🙏❤️ We gathered not only to worship God, but also to be reminded that our future is secure in Him and His promises never fail.

Our worship was led by Sis. Liezel Beraquit, our presider, while Nimrel Roquios together with the Worship Team led us in praise and worship, bringing the congregation into the presence of God. Truly, there is joy and strength when we worship together! 🙌🎶

During the Pastoral Prayer, we also had a special time of Thanksgiving and Testimony. We praise God for the faithfulness of our brethren who shared how God has been working in their lives:

Their testimonies reminded us that God is faithful in every season, and there is always something to thank Him for. ❤️

We also lifted up in prayer Sis. Julie, who will be returning to the UAE tomorrow for work. We prayed for God’s protection, guidance, provision, strength, and favor as she begins another season away from home. May the Lord go before her and keep her safe wherever she goes. 🙏✈️

We also welcomed Ramil, a visitor invited by Sis. Lilet. He came to Manila to seek assistance from DSWD following the landslide in their area caused by the continuous heavy rains. As he returns to Baguio tomorrow, we prayed that God would provide for his needs, guide every step of his journey, and open doors for the help that he and his family need. 🙏

📖 THE WORD OF GOD

“GOD’S PROMISES FOR YOUR FUTURE”

We were reminded of three powerful promises of God for our future:

1️⃣ “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
📖 Isaiah 41:10 | Deuteronomy 31:6

Whatever tomorrow brings, we do not face it alone. God is with us.

2️⃣ “I will provide all your needs.”
📖 Matthew 6:25–32

We may not know where the provision will come from, but we know Who our Provider is. We can trust Him even when we cannot yet see the answer.

3️⃣ “I have a good plan for you.”
📖 Jeremiah 29:11

Our future may sometimes seem uncertain, but God already sees what we cannot see. His plans are good, and His purposes for our lives are greater than our own understanding.

❤️ OUR CHALLENGE:

Choose faith over fear.
Choose trust over worry.
Choose God’s plan over our own control.

And together, we declare:

«“Lord, we trust You.
We believe Your promises.
Our future is secure in You.” 🙏❤️»

After the message, we continued with our Huddle Time, grouping ourselves according to our OPC groups. It was another beautiful opportunity to connect, encourage one another, pray together, and grow as one family in Christ.

We then responded through the song “I Don’t Know About Tomorrow,” a beautiful reminder that while we may not know what tomorrow holds, we know Who holds tomorrow. 🙌

The service concluded with the Benediction, sending us out with renewed faith, hope, and confidence in God.

✨ Today, we may not know everything about our future—but we know the One who holds it.

Whatever tomorrow brings, God will never leave us. He will provide. He has a good plan.

What a blessed and Spirit-filled Sunday worship service we had today! 🙌❤️

With grateful hearts, we gathered as one family in Christ to worship, praise, hear God’s Word, and remember the immeasurable love and grace of our Heavenly Father.

Our worship service was presided over by Pastora Jo Eguico, as we were guided through a meaningful time of worship and fellowship.

🎶 Praise & Worship
Our dear Cy Delfino led us in praise and worship, helping us turn our hearts and eyes toward God. Together, we lifted our voices in thanksgiving and surrendered our praises to the One who alone is worthy! 🙌🔥

💖 Thanksgiving & Testimonies
We were also blessed by the thanksgiving and praises shared by Sis. Analyn, Sis. Delia, and Bro. Teddy from Novaliches Wesleyan Church. Their testimonies reminded us that God continues to work faithfully in the lives of His people.

🎵 Special Number
We were blessed by a special number rendered by Bro. Kenneth Roquios, adding another beautiful expression of worship to our gathering.

📖 The Word of God
We were then deeply encouraged through the message of Rev. Ronald Reyes, pastor of Novaliches Wesleyan Church, entitled:
“THE FATHER’S OPEN DOOR”
📖 Luke 15:11–32 — The Parable of the Prodigal Son

The message reminded us of the heart of our Heavenly Father—a Father who welcomes, forgives, restores, and runs toward His children when they turn back to Him.
God’s door is still open.

No matter how far we may have wandered, His grace calls us home. There is always a place at the Father’s table for those who come to Him with a repentant heart. ❤️

As our response to the Word, we lifted our voices through the song “Nararapat,” declaring once again that our God is worthy of all our praise, worship, honor, and surrender. 🙏🎶

🍞🍷 THE LORD’S TABLE
Our worship service culminated in the celebration of The Lord’s Table, where we remembered the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the wonderful grace made available to us through His death and resurrection.

As we partook of the bread and the cup, we were reminded that the Father's open door was made possible because Christ opened the way for us to come home to God. ✝️❤️

Indeed, today was more than just a Sunday gathering. It was a beautiful reminder that we belong to a Father who never stops loving, seeking, forgiving, and welcoming His children home.

May we carry this message throughout the week:
“The Father’s door is open. Come home. Stay close. And live in His grace.”

✨ SUNDAY WORSHIP CELEBRATION | August 2, 2026 ✨

"How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" – Psalm 133:1
Yesterday, our hearts were truly blessed as we gathered once again to worship our faithful and gracious God.

Our worship service was prayerfully led by Bro. Jun Darasin, who served as our presider and guided us through the flow of the service. We joyfully entered God's presence through heartfelt praise and worship led by Bro. Christian Paul Lorca together with our Worship Team, lifting high the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We were also encouraged and strengthened through the Pastoral Prayer led by Pastora Jo, as we entrusted our lives, families, church, and nation to the Lord.

Our hearts were further prepared by the beautiful offerings of praise through special music rendered by: 🎵 Christian Paul & Christine Mae Lorca (Duet) 🎵 Yumi Dasalla (Solo)

May the Lord continue to use your gifts for His glory!

The Word of God was faithfully proclaimed by Bro. Kenneth Roquios through his message entitled "Harmony in the Church" based on Romans 12:16. We were reminded that God calls His people to live in humility, unity, and genuine love—setting aside pride and embracing one another as one family in Christ.

Following the message, we had a meaningful Huddle Time, where we reflected together on God's Word, prayed for one another, and discussed how we can live out biblical harmony in our daily lives. We then responded in worship by singing "We Are One in the Bond of Love," a beautiful declaration of our unity in Christ, before concluding with the benediction.

To God alone be all the glory for another Christ-centered and Spirit-filled worship service! May the truths we have learned continue to shape our lives as we strive to live in harmony, love one another, and glorify Jesus in everything we do.

'BUILDING TOGETHER FOR GOD'S GLORY' 🏡
Sunday Worship Celebration | July 26, 2026

What a blessed and grace-filled Sunday morning the Lord has given us!

Our worship service was filled with joy as we lifted our praises to God under the leadership of Bro. Mark Nuñez, preparing our hearts to receive His Word.

We were also encouraged by Bro. Jun Darasin, our presider, as he led us in our Thanksgiving and Testimony Time. It was truly inspiring to hear how God continues to demonstrate His goodness, faithfulness, and abundant grace in the lives of His people. Indeed, "The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy!" (Psalm 126:3)

Our message, "Building Together for God's Glory" from Nehemiah 2:17–20, shared by Pas Jo Eguico, reminded us that God's work is accomplished when His people unite in faith, prayer, sacrifice, and wholehearted commitment. Like Nehemiah and the people of Jerusalem, we are called to rise up and build—not for our own glory, but for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.

As part of our response to God's Word, many of our church family made their Nehemiah Fund Faith Pledges, and we were able to gather a total of ₱26,950.00 faith pledges.
To God alone be all the glory! Thank you to everyone who joyfully participated in this step of faith.

For our dear brothers and sisters who were unable to join us on the worship service yesterday morning due to important reasons, you can still participate in this special faith offering. Our Nehemiah Fund Offering will continue to be received on Sunday, August 2. Together, let us continue building what God has entrusted to our church for His glory and for future generations.

After the benediction, our youth enjoyed a quick fellowship lunch before heading to San Juan Wesleyan Church to participate in the "Rise Up, Lead, Serve, and Inspire" WNCD Youth Event, where Dr. Sam Sumaoang, Executive Director of CEDNet (PCEC Commission on Christian Education), ministered to the WNCD young people with an inspiring challenge to live and lead for Christ.

Thank you to everyone who worshiped, served, prayed, gave, and fellowshipped today. May the Lord continue to strengthen us as one church family.

July 19, 2026 l A Blessed and Meaningful Sunday in the Presence of the Lord

Today was truly a day filled with God's grace, His Word, and His comforting presence.

This morning, we gathered as one church family to worship the Lord and reflect on His Word through the message, "Faith That Gives" from 2 Corinthians 8:1–15. We were reminded that true generosity is not measured by how much we possess, but by how much we trust God. Like the Macedonian believers, may we first give ourselves completely to the Lord, allowing our lives, resources, and everything we have to become joyful offerings for His glory.

After the worship service, we also spent time together in our Huddle Groups, encouraging one another to live out God's Word and grow as faithful disciples of Christ.

This afternoon, our church family had the privilege of joining the funeral service of Pastora Sayoko Dorcas Takaoka Patacsil at Arlington Memorial Chapel. While our hearts grieve with her family and loved ones, we also rejoice in the blessed hope we have in Christ. Pastor Sayoko faithfully served the Lord and finished her race with faith. Her life reminds us that a life fully surrendered to Jesus leaves an eternal impact on many.

Today, we witnessed two beautiful realities of our Christian faith: the joy of surrendering our lives to Christ and the hope we have because of His victory over death.

To God be all the glory for His faithfulness, His amazing grace, and His unfailing love.

July 14, 2026 l WNCD Mentoring Session: Raising More Disciples Whom God Honors

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him..." — Romans 8:28

Today, our hearts are filled with gratitude as San Jose Wesleyan Church had the privilege of hosting the Western National Capital District (WNCD) Mentoring Session led by Pastor Sandy San Diego.

Through the life of Epaphroditus (Philippians 2:25–30), we were challenged to become disciples whom God honors—true brothers and sisters in Christ, faithful co-workers, courageous fellow soldiers, trustworthy messengers, and sacrificial servants. One challenge deeply resonated with all of us:
"Raise More Epaphroditus!"

May we never be content with simply filling church seats, but instead commit ourselves to raising faithful disciples who love Christ wholeheartedly and serve His Kingdom with humility, courage, and unwavering commitment.

We also praise God for His amazing provision. Despite having no water supply since last Thursday, the Lord faithfully provided through His people. Our heartfelt thanks to our church members who generously shared water, making sure our pastors and guests were well taken care of throughout the mentoring session. Truly, God always provides through willing and compassionate hearts.

We are equally overwhelmed by the love and generosity of our church family who prepared and shared an abundant meal for our WNCD pastors. Your kindness, hospitality, and joyful service became a beautiful testimony of God's love in action. We are deeply grateful to each one of you.

Indeed, God turned what could have been an inconvenience into another opportunity to witness His faithfulness. All glory belongs to Him alone!

🙌 To God Be All the Glory! 🙌

What a blessed and fruitful Lord's Day at San Jose Wesleyan Church!

This morning, we gathered for our Sunday Worship Service, where we worshiped our faithful and unchanging God. The message, "The Principle of Tithing: Honoring God First," from Malachi 3:6–12 and 2 Corinthians 9:6–15, reminded us that giving is not merely a financial obligation but an act of worship, trust, and obedience. May we always honor God by putting Him first in every area of our lives.

Our worship service concluded with a meaningful Huddle Time, where we reflected on God's Word together, followed by the benediction.

In the afternoon, God blessed us with a Music Ministry Training in partnership with the San Jose Wesleyan Church Worship Team and the Christ Invites You (CIY) Youth.

The training began with a heartfelt sharing by Cy Delfino, who encouraged everyone through her personal journey in the music ministry. She reminded us that serving in worship is more than developing musical skills—it is about having a Christ-centered heart, a life of humility, faithfulness, and a desire to glorify God.

The participants then joined breakout sessions according to their ministry assignments: 🎵 Drums – Kier Macato

🎹 Keyboard – Cyril
🎚️ Audio Ministry – Kevin Delfino, Christian Paul & Josh
🎤 Song Leaders – Cristy, Norlyn & Mark

It was truly encouraging to witness experienced ministry workers investing in the next generation of worshipers. We praise God for every trainer and every participant who willingly learned, taught, and served with joyful hearts.

The day concluded with everyone singing "Holy Forever," lifting one voice in worship to our holy God. We then enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship over snacks. The closing prayer was led by Ptra. Jo Eguico.

We thank God for His presence throughout the day, for the unity among His people, and for the privilege of serving Him together. May everything we learned continue to produce faithful worshipers and servant-leaders who will glorify Christ in every ministry.

❤️ SUNDAY BLESSINGS | JULY 5, 2026 ❤️

What a wonderful and grace-filled Lord's Day!

Today, we gathered as one church family to worship our faithful God, lifting our voices in praise, praying together, studying His Word, and fellowshipping with one another. We are grateful for everyone who joined us—not because we filled a building, but because together we sought the presence of the One who is worthy of all our worship.

Today, we also began our new sermon series with the message "The Heart of Giving" from Matthew 6:19–24.

We were reminded that giving is not primarily about money—it is about the heart. Jesus taught us that our treasures reveal what we truly value, our vision shapes how we live, and ultimately, we cannot serve both God and money.

May we continually ask ourselves: ❤️ Where is my treasure? ❤️ Who truly sits on the throne of my heart?

Our prayer is not simply that we become people who give more, but that we become people who love Christ more. For when Jesus has our hearts, generosity, obedience, and joyful service naturally follow.

The day continued with our Huddle Groups, where we reflected on God's Word and encouraged one another in our walk with Christ, followed by our LBA Meeting, Worship Team Meeting, and Sunday School Meeting as we prayed, planned, and prepared for the ministries God has entrusted to our church. What a full and fruitful Lord's Day indeed!

To God alone be all the glory!

May we all remember this week:
"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." — Matthew 6:21

Let us live each day as faithful stewards, investing not only in earthly things, but in the eternal Kingdom of God.

Praise God for Fusion 2026! 🌟

We glorify the Lord for the Spirit-filled worship we experienced today. 🙌 Truly, His presence was so real and powerful in our midst. We commend our San Jose Wesleyan Church Worship Team for leading us faithfully into God’s throne of grace. Thank you, Worship Team—may the Lord bless you richly for your service. 💖

We also extend our deepest appreciation to the families who lovingly offered their vehicles for transport: Lorca Family, Agbayani Family, Jammang Family, Macato Family, and Frando Family, together with those who drove them. Your labor of love will not be forgotten, for the Lord Himself will reward you. 🚗✨

We thank God for the unity and commitment of everyone, and we rejoice that 30+ from our church joined the gathering. Truly, God is glorified through our faithfulness and love for His work. 🙏

Let us continue to declare: “Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised!” (Psalm 145:3)

✨ San Jose Wesleyan Church – Sunday Worship Service ✨
Message: Love As Christ Loved
Text: John 13:34–35
Theme: Loving Others

This morning, we were blessed with a powerful time of worship and fellowship. 🙌

Sis. Lerma Agbayani graciously presided over the service.

Sis. Norlyn led us into a wonderful time of worship, filled with the presence of God.

Pastora Jo Eguico lifted a heartfelt pastoral prayer, preparing our hearts for the Word.

We also had a brief but meaningful Thanksgiving time, as we adjusted the service to give way to the Fusion gathering in the afternoon, where our worship team would lead. 🎶🔥

The message shared was entitled: “Love As Christ Loved”.
From John 13:34–35, we were reminded that the true mark of discipleship is not in activities, buildings, or programs—but in Christ-like love.

💡 Key Points from the Message:
The New Commandment: Jesus raised the standard—“As I have loved you.” His love is sacrificial, unconditional, and transformational.

The Model of Love: Christ Himself showed us how—through service, forgiveness, and prayer even for His enemies.

The Mark of Discipleship: The world will know we are His disciples not by titles or talents, but by how we love one another.

Love vs. The World’s Definition: The world defines love as convenience or feelings, but Jesus defines it as sacrifice, service, and commitment.

✨ Application:
This week, let us take one step of sacrificial love—pray for someone difficult to love, extend kindness, or show patience and forgiveness. Let our families, workplaces, and church be marked by the love of Christ. ❤️

🙏 Conclusion:
The command of Jesus is simple yet radical: “Love one another as I have loved you.” May San Jose Wesleyan Church be known as a community overflowing with Christ-like love—sacrificial, unconditional, and transformational.

🔥 Right after the service, our worship team joyfully prepared to lead at Fusion 2026 in the afternoon. Truly, it was a day of worship, fellowship, and mission—giving all glory to God!
