A wise Pastor once said,
"Love is not blind, it sees more.
And because it sees more, it is willing to see less."
Sacrificial love that the Lord, Jesus Christ shown us is definitely like that!
Even though we are stubborn, He still chooses to be with us.
Though we keep on doing everything our own way, He still wants to lead us.
Even though we are so unlovable, it doesn't matter.
He still sees us as beautiful regardless of how filthy we are.
The Darling of Heaven sacrificed His throne just to be with you and with me.
He sees more in us though we see ourselves very little.
What an Amazing God!
And because He did it for us, the Lord also wants us to do it for others.
Exert effort even when you're tired;
Give time to listen even when you need rest;
Pray for them even if they hurt you;
Embrace people even if they betrayed you.
Because maybe, your simple act of sacrifice and kindness is the very thing that person needs for His faith and hope to be restored.
Love is indeed sacrifice; and Love is Christ himself.
