Church, may we not forget that we must seek God first above everything else. Because when we do that, everything will follow. For God has all things, and He must be all that we need, not just the things that He can give. 🙌🏻

Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
- James 4:7 NIV

This is a reminder that we must not let the temptations of an evil work within our lives, but resist them so they will flee from us. 🙌🏻

But we cannot do it alone, because the flesh is weak, and we might fall into sin. That's why we need to submit ourselves to God so that the works of the devil will not prosper against us.

Sin can take us away from God's presence. For we cannot love God and continue to sin at the same time. But if we repent and turn to Him, He will accept us with open arms. 🫂

God is talking to you right now; it's not too late to return to Him. He will wipe out your sins and wipe away every tear from your eyes. God's mercy is unending, and we cannot fathom how deeply God loves us. ❤

[16] So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

When the spirit is strong, we will not gratify the flesh. 🙌

Church, for us to be closer to God, we must deny our flesh and walk by the Spirit. Because we cannot please the Lord if we are feeding the flesh at the same time, for the Lord is holy, and so we also must practice holiness! 😇

If we do not give up, we will reap a harvest at the right time! It may be hard in the process, but there will be a great result from our perseverance. 😇

God blesses those who not just listen to His word but keep and obey it. 😇

We cannot call ourselves a servant of God if we don't know how to obey Him. So, as His servant, do not merely listen to His word—OBEY IT! 🙌
