Another meaningful and joy-filled week with our little catechumens and fellow ka-Binhi!๐ŸŒฑ

Through fun lessons, interactive activities, and a heartwarming movie day, our children continued learning more about the Catholic faith in simple yet meaningful ways. During Week 3, they discovered more about the Holy Trinity and the Apostleโ€™s Creed, while Week 4 gave us the opportunity to know the 7 Sacraments and the 10 Commandments.

The catechumens also had the chance to bond together through their movie day by watching the movie โ€œSwappedโ€ ๐ŸŽฌ which reminds us about kindness, understanding others, and always choosing what is good.

Seeing their smiles, curiosity, and eagerness to learn reminds us that faith truly grows beautifully when nurtured with love, guidance, and community. โœจ

As we continue this journey of knowing God and growing together in faith, may our hearts always remain filled with love, compassion, joy, and gratitude. ๐Ÿ™

Thank you, Lord, for these precious moments of learning, laughter, and togetherness. And thank you to everyone continuously supporting our ministry and helping these young hearts grow closer to God, one lesson at a time.๐Ÿค

DEAR CATHOLICS, OBSERVE SILENCE
THIS BLACK SATURDAY

Black Saturday is a sacred pauseโ€”a day wrapped in silence, waiting, and quiet hope. After the sorrow of Good Friday, the Church enters into a deep stillness, reflecting on the time when Jesus Christ lay in the tomb. It is not a day of celebration, nor of loud expression, but of solemn remembrance and expectant faith.

Let us observe silenceโ€”not merely in our surroundings, but within our hearts. In a world filled with noise and distraction, this day invites us to be still, to pray, and to contemplate the mystery of Christโ€™s death. It is in this silence that we learn to trust, even when God seems hidden; to hope, even when darkness lingers.

We also unite ourselves with the sorrow of Mary, who waited in grief yet held on to faith in Godโ€™s promise. Her quiet endurance becomes our modelโ€”to remain faithful in times of uncertainty and to trust in the unfolding of Godโ€™s plan.

Black Saturday teaches us that silence is not emptiness. It is a sacred space where God prepares something new. Beneath the stillness of the tomb, victory is already at hand. And so, we waitโ€”not in despair, but in hope for the light of the Resurrection.

Let us honor this holy day with reverence, prayer, and silence.

THE NUMBER 3 BELONGS TO JESUS:
From the life, ministry, and Passion of Jesus Christ, the number three appears again and again with striking meaning. In Scripture, the number three often signifies completeness, divine perfection, and fulfillment. As we reflect on these moments, we see not coincidence, but a deeper pattern that reveals Godโ€™s plan of salvation unfolding in a profound and intentional way.
He died at the age of 33, at 3 PM, in the year 33 A.D.
Three were crucified alongside Him.
(3 + 3) โ€” He spent 6 hours on the cross.
He was denied by Peter three times.
He prayed three times in the Garden of Gethsemane.
He was sold for 30 pieces of silver (3 ร— 10).
He began His ministry at the age of 30.
He preached in Israel for 3 years.
At the Transfiguration, three of His disciples went up the mountain with Him.
He spoke with Moses and Elijahโ€”there were three of them, with Him at the center.
He raised the dead three times, showing that He is the Resurrection of all.
He was crucified and accused, with a title placed above His head.
It was written in three languages: Hebrew, Greek, and Latin.
He fell three times while carrying the cross.
The earliest Creed (in Corinthians) reflects the number three: Christ died, was buried, and rose again according to the Scriptures.
It is considered one of the earliest Christian formulations of faithโ€”possibly developed just months after the empty tomb was discovered, making it a significant historical record.
And on the third day, He rose again!
Three Persona, One God.
