𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬

Our parish warmly welcomed young boys who expressed their desire to serve the Lord through the Ministry of Altar Servers during the Pre-Aspirancy Orientation. This initial gathering introduced them to the sacred mission of serving at the altar and the important role they play in assisting the priest during the celebration of the Holy Mass.

The orientation also helped the participants understand the values of reverence, discipline, prayer, and commitment that are essential in this ministry. It marks the first step in their journey of formation as they prepare to become future servers of the Church.

May the Lord continue to guide and inspire these young aspirants as they begin their path of service, growing in faith and love for the Holy Eucharist. Let us keep them in our prayers as they respond generously to God’s call to serve. 🙏✨

The Ministry of Altar Servers of the Parish of San Joaquin reminds everyone that the Deadline of Recruitment is on March 6, 2026, and the Orientation Day will be on March 8, 2026; 9:30am at the Parish Dining Hall.

We encourage all aspiring altar servers who feel called to serve in the sacred liturgy to submit their applications on or before the deadline. Serving at the altar is a meaningful opportunity to deepen your faith, grow in discipline, and become more active in the life of the Church.
