Sometimes we get discouraged by what we see inside the church and we have this prayer that God may change them for you. Instead, pray to God that He may change you so you'll become for them a blessing and by that you will see that you are growing in Him.

Pastor Ronas during his sermon, emphasizes our Mission as Seventh-Day Adventist. Part of our spiritual growth is our participation in Christ Mission which is evangelism. If we will not work we are likened into a Dead Sea- a Stagnant. But if we work our God's gift [ in neighborhood, workplace and even homes] We will be like the sea of Galilee, a receiver at the same time a giver.

Our motivation in going to church should be a praise and thanksgiving to God almighty, let's not look to the sabbath as burden and a set of routines. Rather, we look forward to it in meeting our God in the Sabbath- a Holy Day, and we will live our lives differently.

Growing in relationship with Christ requires right attitude, we should be rooted deeply in Him. We longed to meet and see Him and we look forward to know Him even more especially in these last days.

So, when we come to church with the right tone and mood, it refreshes us. Let us bring to God all our problems, surely we will come home blessed and hopeful.

The Nagbukel Church Family had their well spent Sabbath Day and weekend with the brethren of Dinadiawan Seventh-Day Adventist church last February 28- March 1, 2026. Despite the unannounced visit that made them really surprised, the fellowship remained welcoming and warm as we praise the Lord God Almighty together. After the sabbath morning, the itinerary went straight to Dinalungan, Aurora. There, the church spent the best sundown worship to celebrate God’s numerous blessings.

This weekend, we are blessed by the nature, the place, and the people we met along the way. The theme of this church visitation and church retreat is “Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.” This reminds us that we are a conduits of God’s blessings which are not only for ourselves but for others as well. We are not to become just a receiver of blessings but to be a giver and a blessings also for others. The retreat ended March 1, Sunday with fun-filled activities, recreations, social night and a spiritual recharge as we dive into each and everyone’s personal commitment to become a channel of blessing for everyone. We pray that this desire to make a difference for others will be sustained with God’s loving mercy. Dinadiawan,Dinalungan, Aurora.

As the wind howls and the skies darken over our beloved Northern Luzon and some parts of the Philippines, we’re reminded that storms—both literal and in our hearts—are not signs of defeat. They are moments that call us to lean on the One who holds the winds in His hands.

May each wave that crashes, each gust that shakes, not fill us with fear but lead us to a deeper trust. Let us check on one another, offer shelter, and stand united in prayer. In the midst of the storm, we are never alone.

🌿 “When the world shakes, the Rock remains.”

Let’s keep each other in our hearts, pray for safety, shelter, and calm, and remember: after the darkest clouds comes the dawn.
