1. The outer cross has 8 points, which stands for the 8 beatitudes. Meaning, every Christian must show these 8 qualities in his life.
2. The 4 wings of the outer cross represents the 4 ways Jesus grew; in stature, in wisdom, in the favor of God and in the favor of men (Gospel of Luke 2:52).
3. The inner, or latin cross, is empty (not like the crucifix which includes the body of Christ emphasizing on His sufferings), symbolizes the victory fo Christ over death emphasizing His resurrection. We worship a living Christ.
4. As the latin cross stands in the middle of the emblem, sacrificial service stands at the center of all what we do.
5. The circle symbolizes our worldwide fellowship, our fellowship with Christ and with another.
6. Also included in the emblem is the UMC emblem and the map of the Philippines, symbolizing the Methodist Church in the Philippines. UMYFP COVENANT

✨ Pursuing Biblical Bond: ColLove – Love That Lasts

Grateful hearts for the meaningful time we shared through kumustahan, worship, and a powerful reminder of what true love really means. Hindi lang sapat ang kilig — because kilig is an emotion, but calling is a commitment. 💛

We were reminded that love is gentle, patient, and matured. Real love brings peace, respect, and draws you closer to the Lord.

At the heart of it, authentic love is Christ-centered, built through faith, actions, and sincerity. The right person will never distract you from God — they will draw you closer to Him.

The event ended beautifully through praise, worship, and a powerful closing prayer led by Reverent Daryljoe Medina, reminding us that God-centered love doesn’t just feel good—it does good, lasts long, and leads us closer to the Lord. 🙏✨

Like a butterfly 🦋, we didn’t just celebrate Christmas — we transformed. ✨

This Post CI reminded us that true growth happens when we choose to let go of the old and step boldly into the new. 🌱🦋

⊹₊⟡⋆ The message of 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐔𝐇𝐀𝐘 came alive through four powerful testimonies from young people of MSD and QD. Their stories showed us where the message truly comes from: real life, real struggles, and real change. 🌟

Their voices reminded us that we are never alone, and that growth is not instant — it is a process. ִ ࣪𖤐.ᐟ

✨ We came as we were, but we did not leave the same. ✨

UPGRADE ⬆️ | National UMYFP Sunday

A simple celebration filled with snacks, shared laughter, and meaningful conversations. 🍿✨ It may have been simple, but the bond, joy, and togetherness were truly upgraded.

Moments like these remind us that growth is found not only in big events, but also in time spent together.

Sometimes, the smallest moments create the biggest impact. 💚

Rooted and Built Up: Character Before Position 🌱

One night and one day, but full of lessons that will last a lifetime.

From a joyful night of fellowship and jamming, where we shared our New Year’s resolutions for ourselves, our families, and our organization—filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and open hearts—the night ended with bonfire moments that warmed not just the cold air, but our hearts as well. 🔥

The next morning, we walked from the bottom to the top of Dariuk—tiring yet fulfilling—reminding us that leadership is a journey best walked together.

Through the tree-drawing activity, we were reminded that a godly leader must be rooted in prayer, built through mentorship and support, and bear the fruits of Christ-like character.

Grateful for the growth, the bonds, and the purpose we are building together. 💚

4th District Youth Council Meeting, done! ✅

With the theme “Buklod,” the 4th DYCM brought youth leaders together in unity, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

A new season is here and The 4th District Youth Council Meeting is coming 🙌🏻

This January, let us strengthen our unity and move forward as one body in Christ! The 4th District Youth Council Meeting is happening on January 16–17, 2026, bringing together youth leaders from every local church under the theme “Buklod”—a call to unity, collaboration, and shared responsibility. ✊

Anchored in 1 Corinthians 12:12, we are reminded that though we are many parts, we form one body in Christ. As youth leaders, we are called to walk together, plan together, and serve together—bound by faith and strengthened by purpose.

Layag, Team MSD! Let us continue to lead, serve, and build the future of the youth ministry.

Earlier today, the Fabros UMYF gathered for a general cleaning as part of our service as youth. By working together, we showed care for our church and for one another. It was a simple activity, but it reminded us that serving can start with small actions.

The activity turned into a fun moment of bond and friendship. Everyone’s effort made the cleaning successful and meaningful—proof that service is best when hearts are willing. 🤍

Called, chosen, and commissioned to serve with faith, humility, and unity. Hindi man perpekto, but we trust a perfect God who leads the way. With Christ at the center, we move forward—bold in faith, firm in purpose, and ready to serve beyond ourselves.
