With grateful and joyful hearts, CYP-SF Community was blessed to attend the 7th Anniversary Celebration of The Feast Butuan–Durano: “FULFILLED.”

It was truly a meaningful night of faith, inspiration, and gratitude as we gathered with the community to celebrate all that God has faithfully accomplished through the years. Being part of this special occasion reminded us how God continues to move in our lives and in this growing family of believers.

Congratulations to The Feast Butuan–Durano on 7 wonderful years of sharing God’s love and blessings. May the Lord continue to guide and use this community to inspire more hearts.

You are Loved. ♡

Carmel Youth SABADO: Spiritual Activities and Bonding through Apostolate, Discipleship, and Openness

Being the first Saturday of the month, CYP–SF came together for their Ministry Day, dedicating the morning to altar serving practice and choir rehearsal. With eager hearts, the youth strengthened their skills, refined their coordination, and deepened their understanding of the sacred roles they carry in the liturgy.

More than just practice, the gathering became a moment of unity and shared mission — reminding each member that serving is not just a task, but a calling rooted in love and commitment to God and community.

A fruitful start to the month, grounded in service and strengthened by fellowship.

Carmel Youth SABADO: Spiritual Activities and Bonding through Apostolate, Discipleship, and Openness

Last Saturday, the Carmel Kids gathered for their second formation session, focusing on the Ten Commandments and the Seven Deadly Sins. Through engaging discussions and relatable examples, the children learned how God’s commandments guide us to do what is right, while understanding how the deadly sins can slowly lead us away from His love.

The session encouraged them to reflect on their everyday choices — at home, in school, and with friends — reminding them that faith is not only about knowing what is good, but choosing it each day with courage and sincerity.

Another blessed Saturday filled with learning, laughter, and love as one Carmel family.

February 21, 2026 | Lenten Recollection

“There’s Something About Mary: The Rediscovery of My Marian Charism and the Deepening of My Allegiance to Jesus Christ as Carmel Youth through Mary.”

The Carmelite Youth – Francisco Community gathered for a meaningful Lenten Recollection with Bro. Balin Alondres, reflecting on the beauty of our Marian charism and our call to grow deeper in our allegiance to Jesus Christ.

Through Mary’s example of humility, obedience, and faithful love, we are reminded that every “yes” to her Son brings us closer to the heart of Christ. As Carmel Youth, may we continue to walk this Lenten journey guided by our Blessed Mother, rooted in prayer, and strengthened in faith.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent. It is a time to humble ourselves before God, seek forgiveness, and renew our faith through prayer, fasting, and sacrifice. ✝️

PART 3 | Carmel Youth SABADO: Spiritual Activities and Bonding through Apostolate, Discipleship, and Openness

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, we came together to make heartfelt letters for our loved ones, taking time to reflect on the people who support us, guide us, and walk with us through life’s ups and downs. Each letter was a way to pour out the gratitude, love, and appreciation we don’t always say out loud. We also prepared letters for our priests and church workers who quietly give so much to serve the community, reminding us that love is not just in words but in the care and actions we share with others.

As we get ready to personally give these letters, we hope our words bring smiles, encouragement, and a reminder that their love and service never go unnoticed. This simple act showed us that love is meant to be shared, and that gratitude makes our bonds with family, mentors, and our church community even stronger. One circle, one heart, walking in faith, gratitude, and love.
