Maybe youโ€™ve been taking care of everyone else. Maybe youโ€™ve been strong for everyone else. Maybe youโ€™ve been giving and serving until thereโ€™s almost nothing left.

But yesterday, we made space to receive from God.

Because a healthy me is not about having everything together.
Itโ€™s recognizing that I matter to God too.

And sometimes, the healthiest thing we can do is come to Him and simply say,
โ€œLord, I need You. Heal me. Restore me. Fill me again.โ€ ๐Ÿค
