As he carried the Eucharist to the prisoners and right before he was was killed, he whispered:

Today, we celebrate the feast of 𝙎𝙩. 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙪𝙨, the 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵 of the altar servers and first communicants. He is a 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 example of 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝, 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙮 𝙀𝙪𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩, showing that serving at the altar is not simply an obligation but a sacred role and an opportunity to serve 𝑮𝒐𝒅 and the 𝑪𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒉. 💙🪽

Let us also honor and appreciate all the 𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 who faithfully serve the 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝. May St. Tarcisius continue to inspire every server to carry out their ministry with 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, and a 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 for God. 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘: 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭!

In celebration of 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, clusters of the club were tasked with making an infographic on the youth saint their clusters were named after.

With this activity, members honored the service and significant values of their patron saint. As altar servers, it is important to recognize that our youth is the ideal time to strengthen our faith. This time of our lives empowers us to understand the role models that God has set out for us.

By reading these infographics, may we eagerly reflect on the sacrifices and virtues of the saints of our youth, along with their 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 and 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, as we continue to serve God and His holy altar 🙏🤍.

On this day, the Catholic Church celebrates the 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, the moment when our Lord Jesus revealed his divine glory to the disciples James, Peter, and John.

Let us ask ourselves this question: do we truly 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 to God? Do we 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 Him? In the gospel, Peter shows how we are quick to reach for something visible and physical in moments of mystery. He desired to preserve the moment rather than to experience it. Despite this, God spoke through the heavens:

“𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒐𝒏, 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒘𝒉𝒐𝒎 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅; 𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒊𝒎.” - Matthew 17:5

𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧. It is one of the simplest actions to do, but it is the hardest to dedicate to. It is all God asks of us, to listen— to be humble and listen to Him. And He continues to ask that of us today.

Amidst the chaos of life, 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘶𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦— to encounter and follow Him even as you reach the bottom of the mountain. Let us walk with faith, trust, and willingness as we journey with God, letting Him transform our hearts every single day. 🤍

Have you ever wondered why we celebrate 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 in August 🤔?

It is because of the feast day of a remarkable young saint named 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐬, the patron saint of altar servers, first communicants, and the Eucharist. During a time of Christian persecution, his story reminds us that being an altar server is more than simply serving during Mass. It is a 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 to love Jesus in the Eucharist, serve with humility, and remain faithful despite circumstances ✨.

In honor of his feast, we joyfully celebrate ! A special time where we appreciate the dedication, faith, and service of all altar servers in the Catholic Church. They may be the ones carrying candles, preparing the altar, or ringing the bells, but their service goes beyond that. Every action at the altar reflects the eternal liturgy taking place in heaven, turning simple human gestures into sacred acts of worship that glorify God 😇.

This month is not just about showing their hard work; it is also about 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 through prayer, fellowship, and shared experiences. Being an altar server is not just a task during the Mass, but also a calling to become a living example of Christ’s love, humility, service, and devotion in everyday life 💙.

During the third meeting of the club, a quiz 📜 bee 🐝 was conducted. Members were grouped into their respective clusters and did their best to accumulate as many points as they could per round ⚡. Not only has this activity fueled their passion and competitiveness, but it has also acted as a refresher on the duties, responsibilities, and wisdom-seeking attitudes of each member present through the Benedictine spirit of community and camaraderie 💙🙏.

If you're reading this right now, then you most definitely are a 𝘵𝘢𝘰 😅. However, in the practice of 𝘗𝘢𝘹 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢 (Benedictine Peace), being 𝗧. 𝗔. 𝗢. (𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣) involves more than possessing consciousness or reason; it also requires a deep commitment to peacemaking. Through this acronym, we are provided the specific toolset of St. Benedict for living out and building peace.

"𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘺𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘳𝘰 𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘢𝘹 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢, 𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘢𝙏𝘼𝙊, 𝘴𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘣 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘈𝘟 𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪." In essence, this statement applies not only to the members of the club but also to everyone engaged in the duty of peacemaking 💙.
