Equipped to Serve. Ready to Lead. 🔥

The MAN/WAN Training was more than a gathering, it was a time of equipping, and strengthening those who are willing to answer God’s call to serve.

This training reminded us that serving God requires a willing heart, faithful commitment, and a life ready to be used for His purpose.

May what we learned move beyond the church and become a lifestyle of faithful service. Step up, serve well, and live out the purpose God has entrusted to us. 🙏

TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY! 🙌❤️

Every season has its story — some marked by triumph, others by trial. But through it all, one truth remains: He is worthy of our praise.

From different places, different journeys, different seasons — we gathered as one during our WAN & MAN Pampanga Provincial Training 2026, declaring that worship doesn't wait for the perfect moment. It breaks through every season.

"I will bless the LORD at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth." - Psalm 34:1

Worship is not about appearances or performance, it is about the heart. God looks beyond what is seen and searches the heart of those who surrender themselves and love Him wholeheartedly.

Led by JIL Pampanga's WAN Heads, our Q&A Portion gave everyone the opportunity to raise questions, gain insights, and learn from one another as we continue to pursue excellence in worshiping our God.

Grateful for our panelists — Bro. Jeff, Sis. Cora, Bro. Alvin, Sis. Weng, Bro. Rap, and Sis. Erika — who generously shared their wisdom, experience, and heart for ministry.

For us, striving for excellence is not only about what we do, but also about understanding how God has uniquely gifted and called each of us to serve. As we continue to learn, grow, and develop these gifts, may we be equipped to use them faithfully for His purpose and glory.

"There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work."
— 1 Corinthians 12:4–6

Serving the Lord is more than having a role, it's embracing the responsibility and calling He has entrusted to us.

A meaningful moment with Bro. Jeffry Arrojo and Sis. Corazon Gonzales as they reminded us that every opportunity to serve is an opportunity to honor God.

During the session, Sis. Cora guided us on how to grow and improve within the Worship Arts Network (WAN), while Bro. Jeff shared valuable technical insights for the Multi Arts Network (MAN) — equipping our team with both the heart and the skill to serve with excellence.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
- Colossians 3:23

It is who we do it for.

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

From then until now, our praise and worship to the Lord continues without ceasing. 🙌🔥

With hearts full of joy and gratitude, we came together to lift up His name and celebrate His faithfulness. Led by the JIL San Fernando Worship Team, we raised our voices and gave our all in praise and worship. We were also led in a powerful opening prayer by Sis. Esperanza Morales, Head of the JIL Guagua Worship Arts Network, preparing our hearts for a meaningful encounter with God. 🎶🙌

Through every song, every beat, and every melody, we declare that all honor and glory belong to God alone!

From then, until now, and forevermore, our God remains faithful. All glory belongs to Him alone! 🔥🙌
