🙏 May San Roque, faithful pilgrim and healer of the sick, intercede for our families and communities, protect us from illness and danger, and lead us closer to God through faith, compassion, and service.

On this Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we rejoice in the glory bestowed upon Mary, who was taken body and soul into Heaven.

May the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother and model of faithful discipleship, lead us ever closer to her Son, Jesus Christ. May her example inspire us to remain steadfast in faith, humble in service, and hopeful in the promise of eternal life.

Let us entrust our families, our parish community, and all our intentions to her loving intercession.

With immense joy and devotion, our Archdiocese invites all priests, religious, lay leaders, and the faithful to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the Canonical Coronation of our beloved Virgen de los Remedios, the Patroness of the Archdiocese and the province of Pampanga, on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗭. 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅).

Inspired by the Jubilee Year of St. Francis of Assisi, this year's celebration embraces intentional simplicity under the theme: "𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙪 𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣, 𝙍𝙚𝙮𝙣𝙖 𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣" (𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙌𝙪𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚).

By simplifying external elements, we refocus our hearts on what is truly essential: prayer, charity, and sacramental life. Reflecting the spirit of the Cruzada de Penitencia y Caridad that was established by the Servant of God Bishop Cesar Maria Guerrero in 1952, the heart of our gathering remains the Holy Eucharist, supported by a renewed call to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Confessions will be available prior to and during the celebration.

FEAST OF SAINT DOMINIC DE GUZMÁN
August 8, 2026

Today, the Church commemorates Saint Dominic de Guzmán, priest and founder of the Order of Preachers. A faithful servant of Christ, he devoted his life to the proclamation of the Gospel, the pursuit of truth, and the salvation of souls.

Through his profound life of prayer, study, preaching, and service, Saint Dominic continues to inspire the faithful to remain steadfast in faith and courageous in witnessing to the Gospel.

May his example lead us to deepen our love for Christ and to faithfully proclaim His truth through our words and actions.

Saint Dominic de Guzmán, pray for us.
