FROM TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT

Those ten years of “temporary” taught us the true foundation of a church. We learned a church is not cement and roofing, but people — hearts knit together in faith, fellowship, and love. This property is more than land and walls. It is a testimony carved in stone: that God hears, that waiting is not wasted, and that “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength” Isaiah 40:31(KJV)

Pentecost reminds us that God didn’t leave us alone after Jesus ascended, but sent the Holy Spirit to empower and dwell within every believer. The same Spirit that gave the disciples boldness to preach and unite people of all nations is available to us today for strength, guidance, and transformation. Come with open hearts this Pentecost and ask the Spirit to fill, renew, and use you for God’s purpose.

For tomorrow’s transmission service, our Pentecost message will center on 1 Corinthians 12:13 and the reading from 1 Corinthians 12:1-11, reminding us that through one Spirit we are all baptized into one body and given diverse gifts for the common good. Pentecost shows us that the Holy Spirit still empowers the Church today, uniting us and equipping each of us to serve. Let’s witness together via the transmission service as we open our hearts to be filled and used by the Spirit.

Chief Apostle Jean Luc Schneider's visit was a true blessing remarkable to us. Through his words and other Minister's messages, we felt the nearness of God and the unity His children. It brought us peace, joy, and strength in our faith.

On behalf of all the brothers and sisters in faith here in Visayas, "Daghang salamat" (Thank you) Chief Apostle for feeding our souls and for the love you showed to every one of us. The Holy Spirit was truly felt among us.
