Sanctuario de San Fernando Memorial Gardens Keeping Family Traditions Alive..

Located in the heart of Pampanga, here in the City of San Fernando, Sanctuario de San Fernando is an expansive nine-hectare memorial park that offers a serene final resting place for our departed love ones, and a comforting sanctuary for those left behind. It is comparable with the finest memorial parks in the country, and undoubtedly, unparalleled here in the whole Central Luzon Region. But even

more important, it was conceived to give tribute to the family, and significantly honor the traditions that keep it together. Though the Park’s structures and overall architectural design is visibly very modern, the Sanctuario architects infused some ornate Spanish architectural details, acknowledging the fact that the Kapampangan culture bears in many aspects, the indelible imprint of the 300 years of Hispanic influence. The Fusion of these two architectural concepts, allowed the architects to create that truly unique canvas for Sanctuario…

Sanctuario de San Fernando Memorial Gardens is no longer just a dream… It has been brought to reality, because one family believed in their vision, and one man acted on it, with passion…

Like the the gardener who lovingly tends to his yield … or the Craftsman who perfectly shapes his handiwork … Sanctuario de San Fernando Memorial Gardens was fashioned with as much zeal, commitment and dedication…

After a courageous fight, our warrior JAM has finally gained her ultimate victory — and claimed her eternal reward of peace with our Creator.

Indeed, a .

For almost 7 years, she fought a battle that no child should ever have had to face. Almost 7 years of pain, uncertainty, countless difficulties, and moments when all she could do was hope, pray, and ask God for more strength and time.

And through it all, she showed us a kind of faith that words could never fully describe. She fought so bravely. She endured so much. She gave us hope even on the days when hope was difficult to hold on to.

JAM, today, we return you to the One who created you, trusting that His arms are now holding you where ours no longer can. May you be surrounded by His love, His warmth, and His peace.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank every MIREILEcle hero who fought with us in every season of this battle. JAM will forever be grateful to all of you —— who showed up during the happiest and toughest moments of her life.

As we end this journey, may we be reminded of this verse:

“And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”
-1 Peter 5:10 (NIV)

JAM, you will forever be with us, like a handprint on our hearts.

Until we meet again.

𝗔 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗡: 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗘, 𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗬 𝗝𝗔𝗠!

The City Government of San Fernando offers its heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of Janai Avisha Mireile Q. Siason, fondly known as Baby Jam.

We, Fernandinos, honor the profound courage she showed during her brave battle. While we deeply mourn her passing, we find comfort in knowing that she has transitioned into eternal peace and rest.

Her last known public appearance was on July 2, 2026, during Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag’s State of the City Address, where she shared her story and extended her family’s gratitude to everyone who helped her win her battle.

As we mourn her passing, let us reflect on the battle she so courageously fought, draw strength from it, and be inspired by her story.

Caluag, Vice Mayor Aurelio Brenz Gonzales, the City Councilors, and the entire City Government community send their deepest condolences to the bereaved loved ones of Baby Jam, especially to her mother, Teacher Mommy Joy.

We ask every Fernandino to pray for the eternal repose of this brave little girl’s soul.
