Alinsunod sa City Ordinance No. 2009-015, ang mga burial niche sa pampublikong sementeryo ay may sapat lamang na limang (5) taong kontrata ng upa (lease contract) at walang renewal. Dahil dito, ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng San Fernando ay magpapatupad ng clearing, exhumation, at transferring simula Mayo 27, 2029, depende sa petsa ng verification.

Kaugnay nito, inaanyayahan po ang lahat ng may mga yumaong kamag-anak na nakalibing nang 5 taon o higit pa na makipag-ugnayan muna sa City Health Office-Environmental Health and Sanitation Division (CHO-EHSD) na matatagpuan sa City Hall Building para sa tamang pagpapatunay (verification), dokumentasyon, at pagsasaayos ng paglilipat ng mga labi sa bone ossuary.

Pumanaw na ang Kapampangan broadcaster na si Maureen Gepte-Castro nitong Sabado, May 23, sa edad na 69.

Bukod sa pagiging media personality, nakilala rin si Castro bilang isang educator, entrepreneur, at EDSA People Power I activist. Malaki rin ang naging kontribusyon niya sa larangan ng media at public service sa Pampanga.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Maureen Gepte Castro, former General Manager of GNN TV 44 Pampanga and longtime host of the Kapampangan television program “Personalan.”

Ma’am Mau dedicated years of service to community broadcasting and touched many lives through her leadership and passion for media.

Today, the Sanctuario de San Fernando Memorial Gardens family mourns the loss of an incredible boss, mentor, leader, and friend.

We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞-𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 "𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨", passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026.

​Mrs. Castro led our Sanctuario de San Fernando Memorial Gardens Team with immense passion, discipline, integrity, love, compassion and a generous heart. Her legacy will continue to guide us every single day.
